The breakfast was good. Dinners are included in the price of the stay and although a bit simple, it was good to have it as an option! The hotel is located right in the center of the town, so you can go exploring it. There is a nice playground right in front of the hotel that kids can use. And a mini-golf field as well, for which you can lend clubs at the reception of the hotel.

A minor thing, but the family room in the new building was too warm despite the A/C. The staff then offered us two alternative options, so we switched the room and it was a great stay.

Dinner exceeded our expectations, and everyone was very satisfied (just missed a dessert). The receptionist was very hospitable and helpful. Breakfast was also delicious and plentiful, with a wide variety of choices that started our day full of energy.

The room was very outdated and quite cold (although I did receive an extra heater upon request). I was also given a room with a view of a stone wall, while my colleagues had a view of the fountain and river.

If your room isn’t facing the water, then you are staring at a rock wall, so no views what so ever. When travelling with motorbikes, there are ONLY 2 free parking slots for bikes in front of the building, so you need to be lucky to get these. The slots are not dedicated to hotel guests, but available for anybody.

The staff on reception were more than accommodating, exceptional (Sorry, I forgot your name! The lady with the dark hair was super helpful!) Great location and I liked that I could open the window to my room! So many hotels don’t allow this! The lobby and breakfast area looked very nice with a great view.

No complaints

Friendly atmosphere, very good service, we were feeling really welcome. Breakfast and evening meals were included. The hotel is situated in the city center at the water front. It is close to railway station.

A really lovely hotel with super friendly staff and to get half board was a real bonus. Great price too.

Parking is extra at a municipal car park but still worth paying to stay here!

Location, eating(breakfast en diner) was all inclusive and reception personal were fantastic.

The room was warm, the people at the reception gave us an option to change rooms or a fan. They were very helpfull.

They had a very good breakfast. The evening meal was average, and may be a challenge for vegetarians.

Most hotels do not have good lighting in the rooms

Big plus that the hotel offers dinner and fika. Varied and tasty breakfast. Comfortable beds. Well equipped gym. Smiley and friendly staff!

WiFi signal could have been better in the room.
