Good breakfast except would've liked less ripe bananas. Complimentary coffee available all day. Beds v comfortable. Clean fresh room and bathroom. Great location for convenient freeway access, road west over mountains, or to downtown. Short drive to good restaurants. Quiet area in spite of proximity to freeway. Fridge had small freezer for ice packs. Good water pressure and showerhead. Dresser drawers, wardrobe and hooks for clothing. Long bench for suitcases with open area underneath to easily stash unneeded items.

Breakfast hours only until 9 during the week instead of 9:30 as on weekends. Room lighting dim so not good for reading. Towel racks not on wall but under sink was inconvenient.

We stayed here to bicycle on the Tucson Loop bicycle paths. The hotel was very well located for this, and we chose Holiday Inn over several other nearby options. Staff friendly, and seemed very invested in assuring a pleasant stay and clean facilities. Pool a bit chilly, but very clean. Hot tub was nice and hot, although we ended up not using it. Breakfast: outstanding. We enjoyed the real oatmeal (with a variety of toppings), pancakes, egg dishes, real bagels, and very fresh cinnamon rolls. We're vegetarian, but they also had sausage and bacon, biscuits and gravy. Staff kept breakfast very well stocked. The room was large and comfortable, including nice feather pillows. Plenty of parking near the entrance. Lights each side of the bed and handy outlets for phone charging.

We'd requested a first floor room, for ease of getting our tandem bicycle in and out, but ended up on the third floor. Elevator was really tight for an eight-foot long bike.

The hotel provided many healthful breakfast selections including non-dairy milk, variety of protein sources, and fresh fruit (especially bananas). All areas, including the pool were pristine. Provisions in the room (bathing supplies and towels) were perfect for two people.

Location was some 12 miles from airport, and there were a homeless camp nearby which made m feel uncomfortable walking to nearby restaurant. Some of the USB ports were installed off center and couldn't be used. There was also a stain on the carpet in the bedroom. When I reported this to front desk, he immediately wrote down the details of the concerns, which led me to believe that they would take action on it.

The property location was convenient; near way, gas stations, coffee shops and restaurants. The breakfast was above average; again the kitchen area was spotless.

The front desk staff needs further training. I travel quite often and I had to tell them how to do some billing, etc. it was frustrating, as a line of customers grew as they tried to figure things out. They were nice, just not well trained.

Great value, size of room and location. Property was clean and convenient. We enjoyed that it was large for 4 adults. NO sheets or linens provided for ht pull out couch, and we were at an event late so didn't bother.

Check in only had one staff member and she was clearly stressed by the time I checked in. She mentioned she had not even had a personal bathroom break to guests. Chocolate milk was expired at breakfast but the food was tasty!

Free toiletries, in case you forget. Complimentary DOVE Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash as well as Lotion and Hand Soap! Breakfast was on point (Yogurt, Pastries, Bagels, Toast, Cinnamon Toast, Pancakes, Egg, Sasausage, Cheese Omelets, Cereal, Fresh Fruit, Milk, Chocolate Milk, Apple Juice, Coffee). Breakfast staff was amazing 👏, brought my 2yr old boxed apple juice. Staff constantly refilling stations and cleaning tables. Quick check in and out.

Clean. Quiet. The breakfast was good. Room was big and comfortable. Just didn’t like how the a/c would cut on and then off….would get hot and started sweating.

Location wasn’t the best. Kind of tucked off and not that have issues with the homeless but some looked like they could be up to no good.

The room was spacious, quiet, and clean. The bed was very comfortable even the pillows. The desk and adjoining counter was spacious. The staff at the desk and at breakfast was very nice, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with eggs, breakfast beverages, sausage, bagels, bread, and delicious warm cinnamon rolls! We will definitely stay at this hotel again. It is a couple of blocks from the 10 freeway.

The shower was a little slippery and the shower curtain was short. Water got on the floor. The counter could use some extra shelves and a towel bar would be nice. But, this would not prevent us from staying here again.

The breakfast was great and also the size of the room.

The only thing I would say is that the mattresses were uncomfortable, they are too used and they were making noises every time you would move. Also the mattress for the sofa bed was really bad.

The staff was kind, friendly and efficient (both at the front desk and at breakfast the next morning). The breakfast itself was delicious, and there was a great variety of choices.

The only thing that I could say was wrong was that the ice machine wasn't working on our floor. It wasn't a big deal; we simply got ice on the next floor down.
