The check-in staff member was friendly and professional; the room was clean, comfortable and adequately stocked; the fitness center had sufficient options; the room was quiet (especially with the white noise of the fan); the breakfast options were adequate (I came late, so a few things were running low). They have a nice area near the front desk that has plenty of snacks (some gratis, some for purchase).

Everything was fine. Note that the hotel offers room cleaning service every other day, so heavy coffee drinkers may need to ask for replacements.

The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. Amanda, in particular, was awesome. She remembered me and greeted me whenever I passed through the front desk area. My accessible room was directly across from the elevator, which minimized the walking involved. The bench in the tub/shower was nice. (See more, below.) The facility was bright, cheerful, and overall, clean and welcoming. The automatic blind was amazing, and the furnishings were good for someone with mobility issues, and seemed more than adequate for someone in a wheelchair (but I am only guessing).

The main handicapped parking area was a long walk to the desk. Not all disabled folks have or use a wheelchair, so the walking distance to anything is important. I realize that benches can cause issues with smoking outside, but having a bench not far from the door would help. The tub/shower bench was nice BUT unless you put it on top of the shower curtain when you lower it (which is not intuitive at all!), a huge puddle of water on the floor is the result. I also couldn't figure out how to get the adjustable/hand shower head to work until spending a lot of time experimenting. Maybe something in the room to explain more?

Location was perfect for what I needed. Hotel is new and clean and staff helpful. I need a fan in my room and on check-in the desk clerk found one and brought it to me. The room was comfortable and roomy in size.

The tv screen was large (thank you) but channel selection was limited. I went to lobby one evening to purchase a drink and had to hunt for desk person. I went down to car at 2:30 am and again no one in sight and the front door was open. Would like to see door locked after a certain hour and you get in via room key or buzzer

The location was far enough from the freeway and train tracks to eliminate any noise, yet easy to find. The breakfast was excellent with the scramble eggs being the highlight. The staff were very polite and quite helpful.

I found nothing to dislike.

The staff here was knowledgeable, personable and sincerely helpful. You can have everything be great in a hotel but without good staff, it’s never worth it. Hope they are being treated and paid well too.

Trying to take a mid day nap difficult due to people letting kids continuously run up and down hallways jumping and on beds. I love children but parents should teach the respect of thinking of others, a trait that will serve them well, and others too😀

Big and comfortable room. Very good and diverse breakfast. Very nice and attentive staff. Good location, close to the west part of the national park. Restaurants (and even an outlet store) close by.

A little bit more expensive then other places.

The service was excellent. The entire staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good but the staff during breakfast was excellent. We arrived for breakfast just before ending time and the staff treated us like royalty!

The tv did not work. We were not informed of this upon check in and tried to get it to work for 45 minutes. The next morning they said the whole hotel was out. Everything else was great.

Locations was great close to my family I was visiting and close to the outlet mall… I mean how fun.

I asked for the room to not be cleaned on Saturday and it was still cleaned. I was worried about something I left behind in the room. It was all fine in the end. The air freshener was too strong! I asked for it to not be sprayed in my room. They did comply thank goodness!

Fairly new, modern hotel. Great location just off the highway for visiting the desert museum and Saguaro National Park. Large room, super clean. Very good buffet breakfast. Plenty of on site parking. Lots of restaurants and shops within a short drive.

There's a large shopping centre in the vicinity but I think this must be fairly new as it was very quiet and on the 2 occasions we went there it was deserted and most of the shops were shut. This may pick up when there's more development in the area.

Room was exceptional. Very clean and comfortable. Couldn't have asked for better! Everything where it was suppose to be and an all the lights worked, an exception these days. Very quiet as well. Breakfast was very good and there were lots of selections well laid out...and, the waffle irons turned out good waffles.

Nothing. Best stay in a long time. Have stayed at pricer hotels that dissappointed.
