Check in and entry was easy. Never saw a staff member. Coffee and snacks were reasonable, the certificate for the local bakery was good for a couple lattes. Easy to park on the street. Great location, convenient to restaurants and the New Seasons grocery store

We propped the window open with a coffee cup to get some ventilation, the window would not stay open on it's own. Mattress was a little soft. Between the coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, and dishes the room seemed cluttered and a little cramped, maybe putting all this in one tall cabinet would help.

I think the Orenco is a great idea. Love the whole vibe and my room was amazing. Love the bonus voucher to tour de jour. Was not able to use it this time but looking forward to it in the future. I also loved the self check-in and check-out feature. So easy to follow. However I would give the information prior to the visit. I left not knowing how to check out since no one was up front only to get a message that I need to check out by i think 12 but I was left at 7AM.

The one negative I had was that the shower was a little snug but with the spacing they had, it all came together really good.

The Orenco Station Hotel is a boutique Inn that is charming. The room was immacutatley clean, and decorated in a homey, tasteful, and fun manner. It seemed brand new...everything was so pristine. The location is fabulous. There are multiple restaurants on the same block, and a large grocery store. There is a beautiful park right across the street, which is great for walking. Everything you need is right there in the neighborhood. And Richard, the owner, was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel, and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if I returned to Hillsboro.

Not a thing, loved everything.

We loved the room - quiet, comfortable, great water pressure in the shower, clean and yet not cookie cutter hotel. It felt boutique and a little like hotels we've stayed at in Europe. Owners were very helpful. Location was convenient, lovely little restaurants down the road. We had incredible sushi for dinner and pain au chocolats at the corner patisserie for breakfast.

It wasn’t the property itself. I think it was just the season, but a lot of mosquitoes and spiders

Convenient and yet quiet location. Great to have grocery store, patisserie, and restaurants all very close. Spacious room with good seating and comfortable bed.

No regular service to room, blinds kept it dark but made it hard to get enough light to see without losing all privacy. Hair dryer very out of date, bathroom fans noisy. Nothing that was a deal breaker, just not quite a luxury standard.

Bakery has a lot of options but is mostly pastries and hot drinks. Nothing healthy. Liked the feeling of being in a quiet tucked away neighborhood within walking distance to many restaurants, stores, activities, parks, gyms, even the train. Our room felt like home rather than a hotel. Property was quiet. The filtered water, ice, and snacks were a hit for us. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Overall we felt comfortable and may consider this property for a longer stay in the future while recovering from a medical procedure. Greeting card and gift of local wine was nice welcome!

Husband had a hard time getting streaming channels to load. Not many options for TV entertainment available. Even tried using our own Netflix, Sling, and YT TV accounts. Internet was not cooperating. Had to watch TV on our laptop using our phone as a hotspot. Also, carrying heavy luggage up stairs to the main entrance and another level to our room was not so fun. We should have considered this when selecting our room.

Great little hotel/apartment with excellent facilities and great location local bars / and restaurants within easy walking distance and max tram line to Portland was great

The bed was amazing. The shower head was wonderful. Being able to log into our streaming services on the tv was a nice perk. The Keurig coffee maker was great and the private porch was the BEST! Parking was easy and the neighborhood was really cool.

Our only complaint was the the room was too chilly- especially the bathroom- and there didn’t seem to be a way to change it.

Lovely extras - wine in the room, snacks, free laundry, toiletries. Great decor.

I haven’t checked to see if I missed it, but I wasn’t aware that there is no elevator and I’d need to carry my luggage up multiple sets of stairs. I feel it’s important for this to be highlighted when booking.
