Room clean and beds comfortable. Nice sitting area with couch and desk with office chair. Location perfect for the attractions planned for the visit. Restaurant beside hotel had excellent budget buffet and security, area of Georgia Department of Public Safety training center. Was glad to visit Juliette and eat at the famous Whistle Stop Cafe where movie Fried Green Tomatoes was made, great food. Also visited Allman Brothers Band Museum in Macon.

Ice machine on our floor (3) out of order. Heater for hot tub (jaccousi) out of order. Was disappointed that local attraction Hamlin Hills BBQ and petting zoo was closed during our stay.

Breakfast was very nice. Rooms are spacious. Big TV. Nice closet and dressers.

Ceiling leaks. Cracked drywall and debris in hallway. Elevator with high hum and screech while in motion. Odd to have entrance through another hotel parking. Hard to get to from I-75. Parking is limited. One elevator for 4 floors. 1 cart dolly for entire building.

Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly and the area was really clean and quiet being near the lobby.

I have no complaints about any part of my stay. The property did show little signs of age outside and minor spots inside but overall the property was clean and I didn't encounter any mechanical or inconveniences during my stay.

Coming at night. Not many parking spots in the front. So try to get there as early as you can if you waa front parking spot.

Right off the interstate, very comfortable beds and friendly staff. Well insulated from noise, clean pool.

Some cleanliness issues, paint flaking around air conditioners, wrappers left behind bed when we arrived.

I don't really have any major complaints.

I had a problem with the room key having to be programmed three times. It was never near anything or a cellphone. I don't know what the problem was.

I work for the State of GA and my ADP forgot to approve my trip and the front desk staff Samantha and Matt (I think that was his name is the manger) when I say they both told me not to worry they would handle it. They did because i was freaking out. they both deserve raises.

There was nothing to dislike.

The stays are always great.

This particular time we experienced bugs (baby roaches in the bath room, and one of the customers parked in handicapped parking without their credentials where I had mine and there wasn't another space for me).

The breakfast was satisfying and the staff member working the area was exceptional.
