Loved the value for the money! Didn't expect it to be as nice as it was. Very clean. You can tell it is a remodeled older hotel, but, they did an outstanding job with the remodel. The receptionist was awesome...even fixed more eggs for us right before breakfast was over with a smile!! She was very accommodating even while doing many different tasks.

The lighting could have been better. The light bulbs are very dim. Could probably stand to use some with a more natural light spectrum and brighter.

I like that it was around a lot of shopping centers, Walmart, Kroger, Apple Bees, Waffle House, IMAX Movie Theater, etc.

My room being next to the elevator & stairs, limited parking, and pool was closed.

I really liked the bed the air and heating system and restroom

The chair was uncomfortable in the room The breakfast was cold and there were not many choices The shower and water was lukewarm

Convenient location.

The indoor pool was not in working condition. Water was cold and room is falling in. Also pillows were very hard so I had to go purchase my own personal.

Noisy…could hear people in adjoining rooms and walking in hall…and they were not loud.

Some updates wouldn't hurt but the rooms were tops. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms looked brand new inside. A large workable desk in room, which was great for me . Staff was really friendly and nice. Overall very good experience. Would most definitely stay here again. Solid 8 of 10.

The staff was friendly and willing to help. The kids loved the indoor pool and breakfast! Worth the price 😁

The only thing i didn't like was that you could see under the doors which means you can hear everyone's conversation and noise as you walk down the hallway. There was no sound proof walls at all!

Easy on off 475 , I liked the pool , comfortable bed , good breakfast and friendly an personable staff ,all this made for a enjoyable stay

All of the ice machines were broken. Breakfast was so so. There were difficulties with the waffle iron from what I witnessed.

Pretty room, beautiful view of lawn and trees, big bathroom, good breakfast

Needs more paintings in room, room could be bigger, night clerk is grumpy
