The marble soap dish fell while my wife was in the shower. This dish was heavy and could have broken her feet. In looking at the tub floor, this dish has fallen before, because I saw another dark chip in the paint. The staff tried to glue I in place before. Glue will not work on such a heavy item exposed to hot water. If all dishes are not replaced with screws, it's only a matter of time before it fall and break somebody,s feel. I took the marble to the Front Desk. You have been warned.

Luggage carts. Very quiet ac/heat system in the room. Nice breakfast area with plenty of tables and seats. Property seemed to be fairly new. Biscuits for breakfast.

We stayed in Room 202. Everything was fine except the TV faced the beds and did not rotate to where those on the sofa could see it. What a strange design! Lack of enough lighting in cabinet area under the TV. The usual fake eggs. Tiny orange juice glasses.

Clean facility, pleasant employees. Lemon water dispenser in the lobby, great idea. Carpet in the sleeping area.

Clock was still set to Daylight Savings Time...that was more than 2 months ago. No Country Gravy on the breakfast bar. This is the Deep South, biscuits ain't biscuits without Country Gravy. Scrambled eggs were tasteless. I paid top dollar for the room, don't go cheap on me with powdered eggs. Highway noise was loud and constant. Wish the carpet extended out to the bathroom.

The manager was so accommodating and nice. I accidentally booked a handicap room and she fixed it. I forgot a few items that I was able to pick up from downstairs. The breakfast was warm and delicious. The room was immaculate and comfortable. I really can’t say anything negative.

There was nothing about this property. That was bad. It was in a great area. The roads were clean definitely coming back.

My Wife and I were very much surprised and impressed with the Hotel's accommodations. Your Breakfast is far and away better than TRU or for that matter many of the Holiday Inns we have stayed in. A+! We look forward to our next stay at Comfort Inn. * We do highly recommend you start your Breakfast at 6:30 AM and Close it off at 10:00 AM as we noticed quite a few Guests still coming into the Breakfast Bar at 9:00 AM as the Breakfast Bar was closing this past Sunday.

Breakfast Bar Hours. Preferrable hours: 6:30- 10:00 AM. Your current hours fail to truly accommodate many of your Guests particularly on the weekends.

Staff members were very friendly and accommodating. Location was very close to 475 and easy to find with plenty of eating establishments nearby. The rooms were updated and comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Coffee not so much.

The proximity to 475 also meant road noise throughout the night. Had to run HVAC to drown out noise.

Nice and clean hotel. We booked executive Queen room, it was renovated and had a modern design. Breakfast was pretty standard. AC was a bit noicy but still ok. Stuff is very friendly at the reception.

Looks like AC is not well controlled by thermostat - kept working non stop even when we put 80 F at thermostat.

We were surprised to see that it also had an indoor pool. Very family friendly. They also have guest laundry service on sight. Breakfast is also provided. Definitely, a hidden gem in Macon, Georgia. It's also very convenient if you have a child at Mercer University. Less than a ten minute drive to campus.

There was nothing we did not like.

Very close to restaurants, shopping, and the college where my daughter graduated. Staff were friendly and courteous. Rooms were spacious and there were plenty of outlets for our electronics.

Bathrooms were a little out-dated and on the small side. Some of the fixtures were loose. The curtains couldn't be closed all the way which allowed early morning, bright sunlight into the room.

Convenient location. Very nice accommodations. The bed was so comfortable, and the suite was spacious. Adequate breakfast.

Housekeeping was hovering outside our door when we came up from breakfast. Asked when we were leaving. Even after being told 30 minutes, he let himself into our room 20 minutes later without knocking. I was sitting there working! Talk about overzealous! I wish he had been as zealous before we arrived. I found trash on the floor of the bathroom when we first got in the room, hair on the bathroom cabinet. A bit of a turnoff.
