Service was excellent. The lady at the desk wes great. The maintenance guy was great. The room was clean and up to date. We would recommend.

We had to wait to get into my mom's room. The key card wouldn't work. The battery was dead in the key lock on the door. And we had to wait for it to charge then when it didn't charge, had to wait for the maintenance guy to come fix it. Not a big inconvenience. Glad we got there early instead of late. And the mattresses were new and very firm. If you are not used to a very firm mattress, they are not ideal. We will still stay at the garner again.

Everything was very comfortable, especially after moving twins in at a nearby college. Breakfast was good and the freshly brewed coffee was amazing! The staff was very nice at check-in, breakfast, and check-out. Rooms were clean and the property was quiet.

My children didn't like that there was no waffle-maker. They think every hotel breakfast area should have one. Otherwise, we liked everything.

Good accommodations for 2 adults. Room was spacious and clean. Location was good as well. Stayed during pickleball tournament right down the road.

Shower was built for wheelchair access. The floor however was not sloped enough to the drain so all the water would drain out of the shower to the floor in front of the toilet. We rolled towels and had to make a barrier.

The hotel is close to where we need to be in Macon. There is a convenient breakfast buffet each morning. The staff is friendly. They allow us to bring our cat. The room is big, and the bed is comfortable. There are cookies at the front desk. The price is reasonable.

Sometimes the other guests are noisy. The doors to the rooms slam shut even if you try not to let that happen. The breakfast could be better.

Quickly greeted by happy front desk staff. Large, spacious room with laminate style flooring. Very comfortable bed and pillows. My only complaint is no usb port by the bed. This is an older hotel that has been brought up to today’s standards. I’d definitely stay there again as it’s a great value for the price.

The toilet seat was wobbly, needed tightening.

Clean, well-appointed room. The Dove products provided in the room were so good that we didn't even unpack our own products to use for once. Comfortable beds. Great clean potty area for our little dog. Staff welcoming and nice. 100% would stay again if we are in the area and will recommend to friends/family who are.

Continental breakfast included in stay was very basic and not the greatest.

Breakfast was average for this type of hotel. It would be nice if it last an hour longer and had more options. Staff super friendly and addressed all needs. Cookies were great at the front desk. Bed was comfortable and loved the Dove products.

Had room on front side and road noise from interstate was loud in my room especially at night.

A little more expensive than other hotels in the same star category. The staff definitely deserve good pay for their hard work and attention to detail. So I won't complain about the higher rates, just be aware of competitive pricing please? Thank you so much for providing a good place to go that my picky husband was happy with!

The hotel was very clean, pet friendly, centrally located to many eating establishments.

I booked thru Booking.com which did not explain the fee for a pet. The hotel knew this so they should make Booking.com disclose this. I thought $30 per night for my 20lb dog to stay was high.

Everything was pretty good, the morning desk clerk was exceptionally helpful, cheerful and informative.

Workout room had a funky smell (not from people) but maybe from the indoor pool next door. It wasn’t open for some reason. Missing some dumbbells and only one treadmill worked out of two.
