The breakfast and all food was delicious. Lots of choice in the buffets and all well cooked. We loved the choice of swimming pool. Lots for our daughters to enjoy and they were generally well maintained. Our room was spacious and very comfortable and the balcony was a great size too.

The service was not great. We arrived at about 4pm to find our room wasn’t ready and at least it took another hour to prepare. After travelling all day with two small children this wasn’t ideal especially when check out is at 12. You expect your room to be ready, and they knew what time our flight landed. We found some of the service in the a la carte restaurants to be a bit slow and the full drinks menu from the bar should not be offered if it’s too difficult to bring the drink to the restaurant! It’s also a pity that the only drinks you can get by the pool were from a vending machine and no pool snacks!

Excellent choice of breakfast options. Plenty of different pools to choose from and also other options to keep kids entertained. Hotel is close to Atlantis water park and Duty free shopping centre. Also only a few minutes walk to several different dining options

Apart from Atlantis waterworld most other things are quite a distance away from this area. But if you are looking for a comfortable hotel to just relax by the pool it is a good choice.

The hotel was very quiet during our stay and although many pools and restaurants were closed due to covid restrictions we were able to enjoy the facilities that were available.lots of vending machines around the hotel with cold drinks. David was extremely helpful during our visit and we were able to contact him with any questions. Great location, close to a food court. The beach is beautiful.

Swimming pool was perfect.Rooms are clean and bed was amazing.I would stay again there at my next Sanya trip.

The facilities are very nice. Our kid enjoy the foam party at the kids pool. Free and good playground for kids and many attractions for them. Towels could be used at the beach and leave there at the basket. Gym in good condition.

Front desk and the staff responsible for the tours do not speak English (expected from Sheraton). The pickup from airport did not work out even confirmation received. The umbrellas at the beach were in bad condition.

The floats that readily a available had to be rented. In other properties we can just use it at a given time

Service in general was very good - checking in & out a bit slow and occasionally seemed to be a lack of training but the enthusiasm in most areas was good to see and all staff very helpful.. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable - great balcony with ocean views.. The grounds, which were enormous, were interesting and well maintained - pools were incredible - many areas to satisfy all manner of requirements and plenty for children of all ages.

thankfully and pleased to say, nothing major amiss.. but - menu choice in main restaurant was a little restrictive.. and whilst a large wine list, little stock.. after saying that, what food was available was well presented and well served by cheerful staff...

Nice hotel and good facilities and very well meaning and service minded staff. Breakfast was fine too (no bacon though). Pool area for sure the best asset for this hotel.

It would have been good to know that only few can speak English so the translation APP is necessary if you do not speak Chinese. Quite badly sound proofed rooms and not well sound-isolated doors.
