my family very happy and want to repeat again. The breakfast is delicious and nice. My nephew really like the porridge. My family said this a strategic place and beautiful view. I will repeat again for my husband family.

The route to sea a big difficult and unsafety for senior citizen. I hope, it can improve for safeness.

it’s located near to all the restaurants, Teluk Kemang Beach/Pantai Purnama/Pantai Poli. Would says it strategic👍🏼 also this hotel prioritises their safety for their guests. There 1 at entrace & in thr lobby (at night). Plus, its also provide iron/towel in the room. Also have telekung/sejadah/kain pelikat for muslim. Overall we satisfied.

Booked 2 rooms and both are clean. Friendly staff from the reception to the kitchen. The hotel offers night sky package, which includes the observatory telescope if u book the superior room (probably at a slightly different cost). Too bad it was under renovation when we were there. Breakfast and room service is quiet to my liking.

From low internet connection (using Digi and Maxis) to no service at all. Even when we use the wifi, we just couldn’t access the internet. I think that’s the only downside of this hotel.

The hotel location is close to the beach, also close to many restaurant options. Nice swimming pool. The hotel provides telekung sejadah and sarung pelikat, good for muslim.

The wifi is not satisfactory, not fast, the shower water is slow, the nasi lemak doesn't meet my standards but the green chicken rendang is very tasty., broadcasts on television are not clear, maybe the TV is old, there are not many channels to choose from

- my room very dull and window view was at haunted house - shower almost broken - not so much channel tv

Good location ..Nice breakfast, clean room, fast checkin n checkout, aircond cold enough, there was telekung, Al Quran and sejadah for muslim.

I like the view and hotel location. Breakfast is not much selection but good enough

I suppose to check in at 4pm but when I reached staff informed me that room is not ready and can check in at 4.45pm. Staff who welcome me not even say sorry. I hope staff can improve behaviour for future.

1:My top neighbor making noise by moving chair until late twelve at night. Report to receptionist by nil joy. 2:Water heater shower head need replacement. 3:TV channels not entertain , it's boring...and plus the aerial connection so bad. Disappointing. 4:Found no winding machine around hotel. 5:Found no simple spoon or stick to stir coffee inside room.

The place was so peacefull .. it's really nice for relaxing . Cn c d sunset so close.. really love it... My son love d swimming pool n it's so clean . Will cm again with my fly..tq

D food was so n so.. I think cn upgrade in d quality of food... I ate d char kueteow n it's full of ajinomoto taste... But d morning breakfast quite good..

Great location, located on top of the hill. Got a really nice view of the ocean in the middle of Telok Kemang Beach on the right and Purnama beach on the left. Spent a quality time there.

1. The check in time is already quite late at 4 PM but the room still not ready yet. I received the key and went to the room but a bit surprised when the room still not ready. Not a big issue as I understand that it's school holiday. Need to improve communication between reception counter and housekeeping staff. 2. No direct route to Pantai Purnama and need to drive there although only located nearby.
