I was able to heat the room easily and due to really cold weather this was important, it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. With Genius booking status you get free breakfast included. The location is excellant.

There wasn't a towel for the floor when showering, and the hot water wasn't working but the management made arrangement for me to use another room for hot water and all was well. Also the other room was better stocked with towels.

Not all the rooms are renovated Some have issues with the shower Also they need to clean more thoroughly The showers and bathrooms There’s no usb connections to charge phones and the furniture all together is very outdated . Some regular maintenance such as repainting walls and fixing wall features are required

I like that the staff is very good about working with me and my needs. I stay at the property very often so this is very important to me. I particularly want to thank Karla at the front desk for trying her best to help meet my needs always. She has gone above and beyond. The rest of the staff are very good also and I appreciate them all as well.

I was disappointed at check-in because I had called for 3 days straight to make sure I got a room with a king-size bed, and of course, they gave me a room with queen size. After talking to the receptionist, she was able to accommodate my need ... Thank you very much! Don't remember her name. 😔

Wish the pool would stay open till 10pm

I appreciated the receptionist that helped with our stay as it turned out that I had mistakenly booked the wrong dates. She was patient and made the long waited call to Booking.com. If anything, I am truly disappointed with Booking.com.

As mentioned, I made a mistake on my dates, changed it on Booking.com and to find out that I wouldn't hear back till 24 hours is ABSURD! We needed IMMEDIATE attention to the matter.

I liked the room, I had chosen this hotel because of the breakfast but came to find out that the breakfast had changed, also they can use more pillows in their beds.

that they charge for their TV controls, they don't let you know you need to leave a deposit for them, you find out about it, after the fact, that once you're in the room.

Property layout, staff and restaurant. Security was up to par.

Outside noise was a slight problem. It could be mitigated with appropriate wearher-stripping around entry door. Electrical outlets were mininal. Interior lighting could be improved with consistent color temperature bulbs. HVAC controls were lacking in that there did not appear to be a way to lower the fan speed, which was somewhat noisey and did not allow altering the direction of fins. They blew directly on the bed.

Excellent. Was not the customary cereal and rolls type, specialty items served hot.

The maintenance inside the rooms appears to be overlooked. My shower head was spraying upward toward the ceiling, with evidence that this had been going on for some time, damaging the gypsum board. Weatherstripping around entry door is missing or ineffective allowing conditioned air to escape and outside noise to enter.

The recepcionist Mayra was very friendly and nice, the security guard was very friendly and helpful this is the first time that the staff is friendly because in the past we have stay there and the staff was rude, very glad they change the staff.

At the restaurant the ladys did not offer me and my family the complete menu only what they wanted to served us.

We have stayed there several times and the rooms are clean and nice but a couple of the ones we have stayed in only have 1 power plug in the corner.
