Breakfast was delicious and different every morning. The staff was very nice. The location is perfect if dealing with Consulate it is walking distance from ASC, Medical, and Consulate if you don't want to use the van service available that is timely and driver really courteous. It is close to OXXO, BBVA bank, casino, and a great24 hr authentic mexican restaurant/stand right next door. The young ladies at the front desk are very accommodating. My husband and I were very satisfied.

Did have an issue with security entering the room without knocking during the evening in error, but he apologized and explained the error.

It was roomy.

There should be amenities like a small fridge and microwave.

Very clean, the staff were all so nice and helpful with every question we had. Transportation is provided to all appointments. And also taxis are available for a reasonable price. If you are going for immigration or consular appointments, this is the place to stay. All offices are walking distance. There is also a shopping mall 4 minutes away from the hotel.

I had trouble with my key to open the room, and I had to get it reset about 4 times. Other than that, I had no problems.

Needs to be upgraded, their ac units, the carpets on the room very old and stained.. curtains need to be replace for blinds, cannot open the curtains because anyone walking outside could see you, ni privacy on that aspect. No coffee dispenser in room, no hair dryer or iron that now days most of the hotels includes.

Breakfast was good. Staff was great! Cleaning was offered everyday and they were super nice always offered extra towels or soap/shampoo or toilet paper. Comfortable and close to embassy/cas/medical exam.

Had to active the card twice so instead I would just activate it before going to my room. The toilet had a leak. And the shower.. not enough water would come out or as much I would have liked it to.

I really loved the staff every one was really nice and helpful. Even with information about our process that we were getting done in the consulate.

Probably just one thing, that there was no mini fridge for be the room but regardless of this everything else was fabulous.

everything was great customer service was excellent, everyone was very helpful, will definitely recommend and visit again.

to have a small refrigerator in the room to keep my drinks cold specially if I drink milk.

Clean, the breakfast was exceptional, affordable and the staff were nice. Beautiful pool!!!!!

It looks outdated in the pictures but it’s so clean and the fabrics are soft and clean too. I only wish I knew about it before I spent the beginning of the week somewhere else .
