Everything looks very presentable and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.

I think having a variety of breakfasts could be better. Stayed there for 3 nights, and having to eat the same thing each day was not really pleasant. Also, a few remodeling can also help, especially for the security of each person staying. We stayed on the 4th floor, and by the carpet, there was a piece of metal by the elevator that was sinking in and felt like we were gonna fall inside that little area. It was a little scary, especially because of the children around.

The experience was nice! We were there for 8 days and everything went well. Super close to all of the consulate stuff that needs to be done. The breakfast provided was good and the staff is super helpful and friendly. They do have a shuttle that can take you to the airport you just have to sign up for it. The pool area was nice too. Clean.

Staff was kind, shuttle service to various places, breakfast, location, knowledgeable staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

It was under construction so we didn’t know what services were available or weren’t until we got there. Gym closed, but they provide pass and shuttle to nearby gym, and pool wasn’t cleaned so not able to use either. But overall it was great for my spouse and I.

Line for breakfast was incredibly long because clean plates were not available., Staff was stating the issue but not making anything to solve it. Recommend to have disposable plates or more plates for occasions like this. Occupancy is known so it should not be hard to determine the amount of plates/silverware, etc. needed

I am so pleased with everything about this place. The people are amazing. The location is amazing. The breakfast is very very good. The rooms the entire place is very clean. This was the best choice I could’ve made. Thank you unfortunately our plans changed where we had to stay a little longer, we returned to the hotel 5 to 6 hours later and we were able to book the same room again which I am very pleased. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The cleaning crew very sweet very nice. I’ll definitely come back here again if I ever visit again thanks again.

I wish they would’ve been a microwave in the room but overall there are no complaints

I like the size of my room and the staff are really kind most of the time.

There was construction on 2nd floor. Sometimes they would work night shifts. Lots of hammering at night. The elevator doesn't work properly. The gym was in construction. I had to eat breakfast at my room.

I don’t like that the cooking stuff you’re alway do for breakfast is just watching you as you serve yourself and they are very loud when they’re cooking.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel is going through a renovation and they made it their mission to prioritize guests' comfort regardless of inconveniences due to this. Food in breakfast was really good. Even though it is an express breakfast option, they offered hot meals and it was varied from day to day.

No major inconveniences worth mentioning.

the staff did not have drinking water, not even for sell, I was informed that there was water available at soft drink dispenser, there were no options available, they were not out water for there were no empty slots, drove to nearest pharmacy bought water to have in my room, not earth shattering but not cool.

The quality and variety of the breakfast is not up to the 4 stars hotel. Very poor selection of dishes : disappointing.
