I thought it was gonna be so scary, but as soon as I walked into the hotel, the customer service, the girls the ladies, the guys the guard they made me feel so welcome and whenever we stay there for the 11 days 12 nights, we were so happy and comfortable everybody. There was so polite me and my husband are planning to go back to see Juarez and visit and go round and explore. We took the bus and we were so happy and comfortable and we like the burritos, everything was so good thank you guys for everything for all your help and all your smiles. I recommend to stay in this Ibis Hotel

That everything looks safe I was so happy how I felt there so safe I took my own car and nothing happened to my car thank God everything was good. The fact they made me feel so good me and my husband used to sit outside for a couple of hours and we were so comfortable being there specially because we felt safe

Flat stove in kitchen too dirty looks like it don’t get clean every day and staff looks like only family works in the kitchen. They had overdue milk they don’t check times on milk. My mom and I had to try overdue milk it tastes horrible. Supervisor or manager needs to make sure staff are doing job correctly. Serving overdue milk is unacceptable. Just for that I will be staying at mesaluna on my wife’s trip to the consulate

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT...FOOD WAS DELICIOUS AWESOME COOK!!!. LOBY AND DINNING AREA WAS ALWAYS CLEAN AND ON POINT. THE YOUNG LADY THAT PROVIDED MY ROOM SERVICES WAS VERY GOOD AT DOING HER JOB AND ALWAYS LEFT MY ROOM IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.

WE WERE NOT ABLE TO KEEP OUR DRINKS AND SNACKS COLD DUE TO NO MINI FRIDGE AVAILABLE IN THE ROOM. . THE SHOWER FLOOR AND WALLS HAD MOLD IN THE GROUT. WE STAYED FOR 9 DAYS AND THERE WAS NO LAUNDRY FACILITY WAS AVAILABLE.

It was close to consul and clinics. All walking distance. Also the breakfast was great the ladies there were wonderful

They painted the stairs for days during the day it smell so much like primer and paint that gave me haedache. We asked to be moved to another floor they said no, windows are open so the smell would go away

Location was great. All the places I needed to be for the days that I stayed at hotel was conveniently located nearby. My level of comfort and safety was highly satisfied. Staff was very polite and answered all my questions. Highly recommend any future stays.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. The bed was comfortable. We have not a single complaint about our stay at Ibiz.

The only thing I had a problem with was the the food was too spicy. Not all us Mexican like spicy food. But otherwise, all was great!

It’s very neat and clean super respectful staff and everyone. Overall I loved the stay and in the future looking forward to another booking there.

The everything was closed the american consulate the mall and everything you need is walking distance

Everything is kind of overpriced

I liked the staff they are very nice and polite, and the breakfast is different every morning. The rooms are like soundproof and is a very secure place to stay with security 24-7. Plus there's a taxi service and all the taxi drivers are very good people with affordable and reasonable prices. Plus there is a restaurant across about 1 min walking distance that is called La Nueva Central you can get breakfast, lunch and dinner as well, there's a lot to choose from the menu, one of my favorite restaurants when me and my wife stay at Ibis Hotel on 8-2-2022 thru 8-9-2022 for my wife's Visa Interview. I highly recommend this hotel if you are going to medical exam in Servicios Medicos de la Frontera, the CAS, and your Visa Interview. Everything is literally in front of Ibis Hotel, best hotel for all of your appointments.

I liked the fact that all my business I had to take care of was within walking distance and the hotel had free wifi to further assist me with my paper work online.

I have zero complaints about my stay. The only thing I would say I disliked was the complementary water that the hotel offers for free. I think the water downstairs on the refill tasted a little bit salty. Other than that I would gladly reserve another room with ibis.
