Overall nice place. Decent stay for price point and location.

Shower/ water pressure was comparable to light rain extending shower time and increasing the puddle that formed outside of the shower floor. The restroom was super small _ The floors were tiled in our room so I was also worried about slipping. Staff was great and the location was optimal so we cut our losses on the other stuff.

I liked the size of the room and that there was no carpeting. The room was remodeled with modern fixtures and furniture. The clerks at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, gave me info I needed. The manager in the dining/kitchen area was friendly and quick to get my order. The outdoor pool area looked very inviting with beautiful plants growing alongside, and it was kept cleaned and maintained.

The bathroom seemed a little tight, considering the room was big, but it was nicely remodeled.

I like the location cause i love watching the planes. The staff is amazing help full and friendly. I like that it has 2 pools. The room is big to spend time with family. I love that when you need towels and extra bedding, they take it to your room. Very beautiful Place in the courtyard and inside throw out the hotel. The air condition works amazing one of my kid's favorite places to stay. Also feel very safe at this hotel.

I down fall they have is there no breakfast like most hotels offer they have a restaurant Tho have not tried it yet.

The hotel was conveniently located for us, most places we were going were 8 - 12 min away. The staff were fleet friendly and accommodating. The room was very large and nicely decorated (for me, the bed needed a nice memory foam topper). Our stay was short so we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the pool or any other amenities offered.

No complaints other than the mattress.

I love the fact that through remodeling I can still have access to the original style rooms. Stayed 5 days in room 176 the comfort of carpet and original colors mirrors is why Radisson didn’t have no competition. We also moved our last 2 days to the new remodel rooms room 149 yes having a new mattress felt good but wouldn’t go for the updated rooms at all Feel cold, floors made us feel tired not the same feeling at all. I wish they would keep hotel the same just new mattress maybe some furniture new but same style!! I asked this to my teenager child and young adults and kids they all prefer the old style! Keeping Raddison original had no competition Does new colors they are complementing now in the greys is what everyone has out there, then it wouldn’t matter if we pick Raddison or any other.

The new rooms it’s like going to any hotel. We always choose Raddison for its history colors and comfort elegance vibes

Clean. Very very nice people that works there. The man on Thursday night and the man at breakfast in the bar/restaurant were so nice and accommodating. We had sick kids and we were allowed to check out a half hour later. From the front desk to the people that kept up the landscaping were so nice and friendly. Beds were great snd rooms clean

I loved the room, comfort of the bed and how quite it was.

I didn’t like the fact the the hot tub was out of service which is the main reason I landed there. They had no notice that the hot tub was out of order otherwise I would have chosen another hotel. Also when me and my family were enjoying the pool the heater for the pool was shut off or stopped working so we had to get out since the maintenance guy couldn’t figure it out ( which is another reason why I wanted to stay here was because of the pool)

This hotel is conveniently located right next to the airport and right next to Fort Bliss making it an easy spot for me to go visit my family.

There is construction trailers, laying about the parking lot taking a parking space.

It had a beautiful relaxing smell as soon as I stepped into the facility. It was the perfect spot for a little getaway with a beautiful patio! Unfortunately my stay wasn't too long, but it was absolutely worth it. The staff at the front desk even advised me which side was more accessible for my room which is awfully kind and very convenient.

On the first day, we arrived very late at night, driving from Las Vegas. The staff at the front desk checked us in very quickly. We went to rest. The next day we decided to stay one more day and booked a room online. The female employee checked us in for a very long time, we thought she had fallen asleep! A very unprofessional employee! Otherwise, the hotel is wonderful, the best ratings!
