The room was clean and smelled so nice when we arrived. AC unit worked great and had little to no humidity. The TV screen had a welcome message with my name on it - something I've never experienced at any hotel, so that was a really nice touch! The bathroom had plenty of towels too and the beds were really comfortable. Front desk staff were super polite and helpful and the breakfast was good - coffee was tasty as well. I'll definitely stay here again in the future!

I did find a small hair in the shower, but besides that, everything else was wonderful.

Very handy location - only 8 minutes to the hockey rink. Staff very accommodating and gave us a ground floor so we didn't have to carry huge hockey bags very far! Room clean and good breakfast to fuel the players before their game.

I didn’t like that the system to make keys was down so we had to wait to be taken to our room anytime we left. But the system was down nationwide so it was to be understood.

The pool was great big and cold. The water is not warm and the pool is in direct sunlight. Pets are welcome through the hotel and the lobby. Breakfast was huge and delicious I was so glad I chose to stay here with 7 adults and 8 kids in two suits. There was more than enough room with the two pull out couches. And Double beds in each room. Stay here if you can it’s worth it!

The room service needs to be contacted the night before to get your room clean and you don’t get fresh towels unless you request them downstairs in person. We called for two pull out beds anc a man told us to wait almost two hours so he wouldn’t leave the desk alone and never showed up with them. We made due with what we had and called to cancel and a new girl was on shift I was like oh ok he was waiting till he got off to make my request someone else’s issue. But it was fine.

The hotel room was very clean , Real confortable bed and I loved their pillows.stuff very frendly.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Transportation from the airport was quick and easy. This hotel has a great breakfast in a nice area with lots of seating.

There was no nightlight in the bathroom.

The queen suite is the best for us when traveling with our 20 yo and 17 yo. It sleeps all of us comfortably, feels clean and safe. The breakfast is dependable. This is our 4th stay at this hotel on road-trips and it's the only El Paso hotel we have been pleased with.

very clean, looke fancy and All the Staff are so nice! they always get me what I need, I love Hampton! i went to El paso to take my Nursing Board Exam, i knew I needed a comfortable place to stay! and Hampton is the best hotel I could think of plus it is near Pearson’s.

I can hear the voices from the other room but that’s not a problem for me.

It’s modern, quiet and the location is right in the middle of the city. On my last day on property I noticed they had security patrolling the parking lot at 4 in the morning. That wasn’t advertised on the website but it should be. Such a relief to know that.
