Great value. Very convenient to Fort Bliss. Short drive to visit family. Room was very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Tv wasn't working in the furst room assigned. Gentleman at front desk came right down. Tried to fix it but was unable to. He also brought a room key for the room next door. Si there was no wait to change rooms. Would stay here again.

I wish there was a coffee maker in the room.

The location, half an hour walking from the airport very handy. The big bed only to myself and the AC, so so useful! Happy that the TV offered some entertaining options to spend the time. Close to many Uber eats options.

The wi-fi. Very weak, I work remotely and I was not able to work whatsoever.

Staff was always friendly, room was clean and spacious, room service was impressive, trash and towels checked everyday, and perfect location.

Laundry room could be updated and better selection on vending machines.

The staff in the office. The night I checked in I dealt with one of the most unfriendly and uninterested and bored people I've had to I a very long time. He behaved in a very unwelcoming way. He seemed to be bothered for having been interrupted from whatever he was doing before I came to the window.

It was a comfortable from check in to check out. Clean room you could tell housekeeping team pride themselves in good work. Price I got online but it did match what I was quoted.

The only thing that is missing is breakfast.
