We liked the location near the Interstate. While it was near the airport, there was no air traffic noise. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast included both hot and cold items, with quite a variety from which to choose.

We arrived early, and the room wasn't ready yet. This was not a terrible problem, as we went to lunch and then to a nearby coffeeshop. The staff at the front desk seemed rather inattentive, even at times that didn't seem busy.

The staff was outstanding. The first person I encountered, Aiden, was very professional and friendly. Although the majority of the staff was good, he stood out because of how he handled his role. When I got off the plane, he took me to the store to pick up some needed items. I observed how he handled other guests, and his service was consistently outstanding. He is the kind of employee who adds to your guests' stay.

The breakfast was okay but could have been better. The hotel is old and needs to be updated; however, the facility was clean.

The room smelled like someone had smoked a whole box of cigarettes. Also since the building is old many things weren’t functioning correctly.

My bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. The staff that I met seemed very nice. However, the air conditioner motor was extremely loud when it started up and very clunky. I turned it off before I went to bed because I knew it would disturb me. Also, there was a strange arrangement of some of the furniture, and a table jetted into a hallway and left very little space to get through, and was a good target for a stubbed toe.

Shuttle drivers are the best service and front desk Beds are very hard mattresses verly sleep also heavy smoke odor Food is great 👍

For a last minute decision to stay near the El Paso Airport, this was fantastic. The price was great, the offer of a shuttle was great but what was the best was the ability to leave our car at the hotel for a set price of $25 for up to 30 days. As we'll be gone for more than 9 days, this benefit alone made the stay worthwhile. Long term parting at ELP is $7/day. The math is definitely in our favor!

The hotel seems to be going through a bit of renovation and our room had a number of holes in the wall that needed to be patched and re-painted.

It's very convenient to the airport. We always stay there when we fly out of El Paso. The staff is friendly and honest. I left my tablet in the room, and it was turned in, so I was able to retrieve upon my return. I was so relieved. The hotel is also walkable to a couple of restaurants.

It's always. Everything is good at this hotel. Beds are comfy. Great location. Great price and always clean. Breakfast is excellent

Older male in the front desk. Second time that I stay here that he tends to me and he is always rude. Ask him if he could put us on the top floor because of noise and he stated no that I had gotten a handicap room which I stated to him. No I had not and then he looked and noticed that we didn't but said he still couldn't put us on the top floor and gave us one on first floor. I always make that comment when I reserve the room that I would like the top floor last time I had the same issue with him, everybody else always finds a way to accommodate us on the top floor.

Apparently the manager has a special every Wednesday evening from 5-7. It would have been helpful if at the time we checked in-4pm- that they would be serving spaghetti, salad and bread. Also there was free wine and beer. Only posting this so other travelers will know as the staff doesn’t seem to be very keen able this.
