We stayed there for one night and it was a nice stay. The room was clean and staff were helpful. I’m from El Paso so I also know it’s in a great area near a lot of restaurants, not too congested of traffic, and 15-20 minutes every way to different areas of the city and major highways.

My only concern is that we went to the front desk to get our key reactivated because it got deactivated for some reason, and the staff member did not ask for any information besides our room number- no verifying information to confirm we were asking to activate a key for a room we were actually staying in. I could have had an unactivated key card and given her a random room number and had access to that room which I feel should be address for security reasons.

Nice room, reception area looks good, gym on site, check in was quick and efficient, staff at check in was friendly

@check out, the young lady couldn't be any more disinterested or stand- offish Even though I was at the counter for check out she took a call, which turned out to be somewhat involved. She just Left me standing there and didn't even put the call on hold when another customer joined me at the desk for check out. Didn't mention that all we had to do was to leave the key card.

I WAS CHARGED BY BOOKING. TOLD I HAD A RESERVATION. WAS AT THE HOTEL AND MY ROOM WAS NEVER BOOKED. I PAID AT THE COUNTER TO GET THE ROOM. THE PRICE WAS CHEAPER THAN BOOKING CHARGED. NOW IVE PAID TWICE AND CAN'T GET AHOLD OF BOOKING. THE HOTEL CAN'T CALL. THEY DON'T HAVE MY PIN. I WANT MY GNIKCUF MONEY BACK NOW. JUST AS FAST AS YOU TOOK IT OUT OF MY ACCOUNT.

The breakfast was amazing, good and organized so nicely. We will stay there again.

Everything was great! The staff was very friendly. When we got there we were exhausted from a trip back from Mexico. While my husband went to park our vehicle the front desk person helped take up the cart with our luggage.

I like how convenient the laundry room is and how attentive the staff is!

For two days Someone Kept trying to get in my room from next door.

Free breakfast, pool, gym, room size, tv, and location.

The elevator was sketchy and appeared old. The room had some sticky spots on the floor. The drinks for sale in the lobby were over priced.

I really liked the location. Staff was very responsive and moved me to a difrent room when I mention conditions of the rooms

The staff was pretty good just the fact that rooms weren’t clean and the smell of the room was definitely not clean smell

The property was excellent it was the rep from booking that was not helpful at all. She talked and talked instead of listening. Property manager was more helpful than rep at booking.com.

Location and room was clean

I didn’t like the fact that room keys did not work on the side doors and due to bad weather we had to walk all the way around the building In the bad weather. I also do not like the way the man who serves breakfast stares at my daughter and made her feel uncomfortable. He should not sit there and stare at guest it is very bizarre and uncomfortable

It is a suite so more spacious than regular hotel room with amenities such as sofa and coffee table, free Wi-Fi, refrigerator, microwave and free hot breakfast. Also didn’t expect daily room service to clean trash, make bed sheets and replace towels—which is extra nice!

The bathroom shower is leaking water and no repair was done.
