All over done well, one person that stands out to me is Marcos always cleaning always busy always with a smile on his face willing to share a conversation and getting to know you a little bit really an all-around asset to your facility

No jacuzzi, for traveling I like to use one. Though Knowing before I left that it did not have a Jacuzzi. I had stayed at the property before and it served a number of needs inability to cook with the kitchen and the space was good quiet I really enjoyed this day.

I rented the suite for my daughter's birthday sleepover. I love how clean and fresh it looked and smelled. Everything was in its place and there was a place for everything. Polished and perfect. Check-out is at noon which is a bonus. There were plenty of towels so need to call down for extra. The natural lighting was great. The refrigerator made ice. No having to leave the room. The fireplace gives it a nice cozy home feeling. I was truly impressed. Thank you for making this milestone that much more memorable.

I couldn't figure the streaming part of the TV out, but there was nothing to not like. Everything was perfect ❤️.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean, it has an excellent location, and the staff is very friendly. The food is not very varied but it is delicious and the person in the kitchen is very friendly. We will definitely return soon. Thank you for everything.

The only thing the hotel could improve is that the pillows are very uncomfortable and the sofa bed is uncomfortable, we had to put the mattress on the floor to be able to rest. But the truth is it is worth it because it is a hotel with an excellent location and very good service.

The bed was very comfy and the room looked really nice. The indoor plus is great to beat the heat.

The room had a great view but it came at the cost of being above a bustling outdoor area where people would gather and socialize late into the night. Also the AC unit inside the room it's somehow loud

Everything was wonderful, I am always scared and hesitant with hotels especially if the price is good BUT will definitely use them for future don’t have any complaints.

There was a piece of gum on the lap shade which could have been easily missed and that’s not the hotels fault that people are so disgusting.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean, spacious and comfortable room, great free breakfast and plenty of free parking.

Getting to the hotel is difficult. You have to enter through another business's parking lot, which caused us to get lost at first.

We got in late because we left a motel that we had book for reasons that help nothing on this review but the young lady that was at the desk was very sweet and nice. I believe her name was Melody we will definitely be back mostly because of this young lady

Love everything

My family and I enjoyed that the pool was open until midnight. The additional amenities that other hotels don’t have such as a fire pit and basketball court. This hotel is amazing. Kudos to Damaris, she is very friendly and was helpful from the time we checked in to the time checked out.

They canceled our room service, and when they did do room service. The restroom was never sweeped , they would never come pick up our trash

It was pretty clean and great location

The bathroom floor was damage , it felt like every time you step in there it was gonna collapse. And I could hear very clear the people in the next room.
