It was near the base.

I did not feel safe and the breakfast was very minimal. If you are late getting breakfast….good luck …… there’s no more small muffin.

The room was on the 1st floor. I was able to park in front of my room. The location was very close to the airport and surrounded by places to eat. The kitchen and bathroom were very clean. Plenty towels. The bed was clean and comfortable. It had a dining table, a desk and a reclining chair. Front desk staff was friendly and fast with check-in and with my checking out at 4a.m.

I didnt like that the kitchen didn't have anything in it. My preference is to have kitchen items in the kitchen and not have to call for items to be delivered. I didn't like the space under the door. It was too much space for insects to crawl inside.

Really enjoyed the quiet of the location. Rooms were incredibly clean and staff were more than friendly. Really liked the kitchenette placement and feel of safety in the room.

The need to request items for the kitchenette was a bit inconvenient, but I understand why. TV stayed a dark contrast and couldn't be adjusted no matter what I did. Some of the sheets had old cigarette burns on them.

The woman night clerk at the counter was OUTSTANDING. I forgot property and it was returned after check out before I departed town. The cleaning service discovered it, and gave it to the night clerk who contacted me. The property was not irreplacable, $50 or so, but your employee was OUTSTANDING.

The upstairs neighbors and the people running and stomping their feet as the used the stairwell. I was on the 1st floor right by the stairwell...nothing you can do about that, design slaw, and I don't blame you for other peoples arrogance. Without this issue, Ida given you a 10.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable

The door to the room did not close all the way, but the locks still worked. I didn't like that if you wanted to cook in your room you had to go to the front desk and ask for pans, dishes and utensils if you wanted to cook. I think that is very inconvenient. I asked for a ground floor and did not get it, they said that they were all taken

Breakfast really wasn't a Breakfast It was more like a stop n go and yes the service was friendly the service people were funny but without comedy central

I wouldn't know what to say I like when I was watching TV I could only see one Chanel and the bathroom only one set of towels and did not get offered more no microwave or refrigerator there's alot of questionable areas and even more because the elevator does not work so I hope your ready for a work out they don't like straight to the 3rd floor

Everything was perfect. The room was spotless and the staff were super helpful. Everything was so clean and everything worked. The landry room was a great bonus. I will be staying there again in the near future.

Actually I don't know what staff could have done to make my stay better. I guess giving out free drinks and beer would have been nice. Or providing the latest movies at no charge. Or fully stocking the refrigerator in the room. Ha Ha. Seriously I have no complaints what so ever..

Quite and Peaceful

The hotel double charged me for the same stay. They referred me back to Booking.com. Booking.com couldn't get me a refund because Extended Stay would not respond to their calls. So now I am out $392.00. I will never stay at an Extended Stay again or use Booking.com to make my reservations.

It's on Montana blvd. and almost everything else is near that. I brought my little dog and Dlux daycare a few miles away were excellent. Maybe ten minutes from downtown. The folks that work there are friendly and helpful.
