I like the location of this hotel, I walked from the airport. It is clean and it is appreciated. I enjoyed the patio, breakfast and the meditation room.

The shower door in room 124 does not close this is the 2nd time we get assigned that room. Last time we told the front desk it didn't work and it never got fixed. Also,last month we stayed here told them about the 2nd massage chair not working and it has not been fixed either.

Very handy for the airport. Comfortable room but no space for an easy chair. Bathroom spacious. Whole property kept to a high standard of cleanliness. Reasonable choice at breakfast. Decent wifi. Added bonus was free use of high-tech massage chair in chill out room. Just the thing to relax before a long journey.

Not many choices of eatery in walking distance.

The proximity to the airport was great. Breakfast was adequate and staff monitored the station to replenish the meals offered. The room fulfilled the need for the short stay

The complimentary access to the soda fountain and beverages was a pleasant surprise, and the breakfast was very satisfying. The AC unit worked well and kept the room nice and cold.

My room was on the south side of the building, so traffic noise from the adjacent roads was audible.

I had a King room which was large and had a nice view of the mountains. The bed was comfortable, and the WiFi was strong. Everything was clean and well kept. Breakfast was good, and all staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the cool artwork on the walls. It took me about 5 minutes to walk to the airport.

Unfortunately it is not something that can be changed, but there was quite a bit of traffic noise. If you're a light sleeper ask for a room on the side away from the road. I would still consider staying there again though next time I am in El Paso.

Its exceptionally clean , staffs were very exceptionally friendly , professional . The location is near the airport , they have 24 hrs free drinks/coffee , free breakfast and 24 hrs free shuttle to the airport .

Received a warm welcome when I arrived, and was informed of all that was available to make my stay at the hotel enjoyable and comfortable. The artwork at the hotel is amazing!

It was very very clean. I used to be a housekeeping manager a while back, every place I stay I check thoroughly and no dust/grime anywhere. Even the air filters in the AC were spotless!

They had a meditation room with massage chairs I was excited about but the room was out of service.

Location was so convenient that I just ended up walking there when I got off my plane

They need more staff at the front desk during busy times. The poor girls staffing the desk when I checked in and out were running around like crazy trying to fulfill everyone’s needs. on a positive note – they absolutely did! Those girls were fantastic

The room decor was very different from standard hotel rooms, and I was very pleasantly surprised when I entered. It included a window seat. There were shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available in the shower in pump dispensers. They had 24 hr availability of fountain drinks in the lobby, free shuttle to the airport, although it is so close I would have walked if it had been daylight. I also very much appreciated the availability of gluten free options for breakfast, including bread, hard-boiled eggs and fruit cups. I needed to leave very early, so they made up a bag for me the night before. I was able to keep the items in the refrigerator in the room.
