Staff was friendly. Entire building was very clean and maintained. Breakfast was very good. Selection and prep very well done by Yolanda.

There was nothing about the parking fee of $10 per night on Booking.com. Parking wasn't assigned nor was there any security. Charged $10 per night and you got absolutely nothing more. For the extra $30, I could have stayed 1/2 mile away at the Airport Mariott not a subcompany of Mariott. For those older like me. The bathtub hasn't any anti-slip. The entry grip bar is outside of the shower curtain, so it can't be used without water getting all over the floor.

The rooms were beautiful and clean, loved the shower. The bed was comfortable. The room coffee was actually decent. They accepted dogs. The breakfast was good.

I didn't care for the pillows or the ac system. It wouldn't go below 68 on the thermostat setting but the room never actually got to 68. Stayed around 70 and when it wasn't on there was absolutely no circulation of air. You couldn't turn the fan only on. Thankfully I had a little fan that I could put on my face. Also, no hair dryer.

Great Location felt way safer than the original location we stayed at in El Paso. Room was pretty clean, Staff was nice.

Although breakfast is complimentary it’s a little late in the morning if you are trying to get up and go. So we weren’t able to enjoy the breakfast. Also no laundry area.

The staff were not able to find my booking confirmation, only to find out they had already checked me in prior to my arrival, due in part that someone had my last name and assumed they booked my room with another one

The overall stay was wonderful. Have never been to El Paso and liked the area.

The only thing I could say negative is the breakfast. I was little underwhelmed at the main choices for breakfast.

excellent, though, more attention could have been given to the breakfast items; things were running out and customers had to ask attendant for replacing items.

I thought it was a good value until I found out that I had to pay for the parking it makes sense when is a resort but this isn’t

The rooms were clean and the staff was nice. We ended up staying an extra day because our flight was canceled and the staff was quick to make the accommodations. I would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was bland. Paying to park was something new for me. I think that should be reviewed

Amazing beds!! It was just so comfortable. Clean and well stacked. Everyone super nice and helpful.

Paying for parking. You need to add $10 a day to your overall cost.
