The location, the pool, the super comfortable beds, the great water pressure in the shower, and the hot water lasted without running out. The place was cozy and spacious. Also, I ordered something from Amazon US about a week before my stay, and they received it and handed it to me without any issues. Of course, I contacted them in advance, provided my details, and everything went smoothly. Really appreciated that!

The internet didn’t work on the first day. The staff was very kind helping me out, but the Wi-Fi provider wouldn’t allow our room to connect until we spoke directly with them and provided the IP addresses of all the devices we wanted to connect. There were five of us, so we had to give them five phone IPs and one laptop. Honestly, it was a hassle. After that, the internet worked perfectly. The stairs are a bit steep — not a problem for me, but my parents (60 and 70 years old) did struggle with them. The sofa bed is awful — the springs stick out of the mattress, so if someone has to sleep there, forget it, they won’t get any rest. Breakfast is very basic, but they do have eggs and waffles, which are filling.

We enjoy that it we are able to eat breakfast in the dining area prior to going out. I like the layout of the room. When our tv remote wouldn't work, staff brought us another one. I REALLY ENJOY THIS HOTEL AS DOES MY PARTNER. BTW, I like the bathtub and the bathroom layout too.

Better coffee in the room, perhaps. The bright windown behind the tv screen. Can hear traffic, however, that is most likely due to general location next to the airport. Not annoying, simply sometimes apparent. The outside access to the room can be difficult to navigate. I use a walker and it was several times entering before I figured out how to get around to the ramp. And there is no ramp access from the parking lot to the sidewalk. Also, perhaps the maps can indicate locations of ramp access.

Honestly, I enjoyed everything during my stay. The suites are actually little apartments. It's very roomy and comfortable. Seems to be in a great location. Lobby was comfortable and inviting.

It's just a bit difficult to locate the office. As I entered from the other driveway. The opposite driveway is directly in front of the office. It made it seem I had entered an apartment complex. Unknown for breakfast as I left before time.

The size of the room was very nice. They are like apartments. There are 2 full bathrooms.

All two bedroom suites are upstairs. The suite itself, also, has a stairway to the loft bedroom. It is something to consider when traveling with elderly, disabled, children, or people with medical disabilities.

This was a good setup for a longer stay. Even the suites gave us a fairly separate living area, and a full kitchen with a bar for dining. The location was good, being close to the airport and walking distance to several restaurants. Breakfast was OK, and they had coffee going all the time.

Breakfast wasn't always restocked towards the end.

The suite was spacious and supplied with dishes and utensils, which was a great surprise. The beds were comfortable, and the location was close to the airport, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Unfortunately, the weather was not warm enough to enjoy the pool, but maybe next year!

Our suite was near the cantina next door and the music was loud over the weekend.

The desk staff were amazing. Very responsive. My elderly father couldn’t walk up the stairs to visit us so they moved me to a first floor room now issue. They also helped me get some baking dishes for my room from another one.

Breakfast. Literally out of everything. One day they had sausages and cold cereal. Social hour it says complimentary, they charge for drinks. It is fine to charge but do not advertise it is complimentary.

I had to come here as my flight was redirected here because of the snow storm in Dallas, the staff were so friendly, they waived the bond fee as I was in a stressful situation, I got breakfast and a free ride to the airport the next morning! The room was huge and very nice, it definitely turned my night around!

The room was very spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had everything you would need and coffee was provided.

The grounds and the pool area needed some TLC. The pool area was not very clean, hot tub was cold and swimming pool had lots of dirt.

Our room was downstairs and next to a grassy area which was perfect for our dog. The room is very nicely decorated, clean and spacious. We have stayed here before on our way to Houston and have been very pleased with our rooms and the staff every time.
