Excellent location. Convenience store right outside the hotel, restaurants, shopping mall, barbershops, movie theater, U.S. Embassy and Consulate at walking distance around the corner. As well, as the biometrics office and medical clinics. Food is delicious. Both breakfast and dinner. Staff was outstandingly friendly. Of all luxury hotels I’ve ever stayed at, the staff are what makes this hotel wonderful. Makes you feel right at home. Extremely lovely people. I’m afraid I’ll never find that kind of customer service anywhere else ever again.

The hotel's location is perfect if you are in town for visa purposes. The hotel is literally next door to the US consulate, while across the street, there are two clinics where you can get your medical documents set up for your consulate appointment. The biometrics location is also 5 mins away within walking distance. The rooms were very clean, we had a kitchenette in ours which is great if you don't plan on eating out. There's a mall about 10 mins away walking distance, plenty of restaurants nearby in walking distance like a Denny's that's open 24 hours. A Circle Q is just around the corner from the lobby entrance. The hotel offers free breakfast, which is a plus. They tend to switch the meals daily. There's a small gym, laundrymat, and computers if you need to print documents and gaming room for the kids. The staff is very friendly and they also have a van service which takes you to several restaurants or to the airport. Rooms are noise proof. You might hear someone walk in the hallway, but that's about it.

Beds were kind of stiff, but overall, it wasn't that bad. No AC only heating in the rooms but the staff were friendly enough to send us a fan to our room.

Very clean, they have alot of staff that were all friendly. If the staff would see us they would always greet us even down the hallways. The buffet breakfast was always delicious 🤤 The hotel has the best possible location if going to the us consulate since its right next door. The one wifi code worked around the entire hotel, which made it so easy for me to take my work laptop with me to breakfast, lobby or terrace. The rooms were pretty sound proof. Lastly i wanted to add juarez is beautiful city there is so much to do around the hotel. The mall is across the street.

I didnt like that our hotel room didn’t have a windows so my 4 year old child was constantly confused if it was day or night time.

I highly recommend this hotel. We had to get a US passport for my baby at the consulate next door (and it's literally the next building) and this was the perfect place to stay in a rather rough town. Everything worked, the restaurant employees figured out how to get us fed, even when the restaurant was officially closed, they let us check in early and check out late. The AC in our first room didn't work, but their maintenance man swapped out the entire AC unit quickly and when that didn't fix it, management moved us to another room as quickly as possible. Ultimately the maintenance man did fix the AC and they could have moved us back to our first room if we had wanted to, but we were tired and the second room was fine too. So if you have business at the consulate, I highly recommend it. I would say the entire staff likes the hospitality business and they are quite good at it. I suggest that you reward them for their excellence with your business.

We really like this hotel, the truth one feels very safe and if you need to go somewhere el.hotel.cuenta with transport and they take you and pick you up clear they have to let you know in time because they are more person who go and need transport. We also liked it very much because we have everything nearby, the clinic to be migration exams (crossing the street), the American consulate (within 1 minute walking), if you need to be taken the footprints (4 minutes walking), there are shopping centers nearby, restaurants you can order Uber Eats and they take you to Reception!, and the last and most surprised thing I leave us the service of all the staff of the entire hotel, and its surroundings where you go the 10 attention of 10. and Very. attentive 10 of the... 10 too. we also like the hotel that has service to the room of loundry and dry cleaning you have to fill out a form for that, but it also has its loundry so that you yourself go and do it yourself, also if you want to cook you can also do it in your room and the.hotel has certain things of utensils to cook but not much, it also has a play area and a well-stocked mini store . I recommend it 100% and if I would have to go back to juarez if I would stay again at MesaLuna short & long.

what we didn't like was that at the time the cleaning is done in the room, if it makes them a little more improve especially in the bathrooms, mirrors and floors. after that everything is excellent 👌

It was very close to all the immigration offices that are requested to be used. Breakfast was always on point. Delicious!! I would go back just because. If you travel with kiddos there is a full size fridge, a microwave, and a stove top, if you would like to save some Money and not spend so much eating out.. They have a gym and a laundry room, new machines. I believe this hotel is turning a year this month of August. They have their own transportation. You just reserve a time and they take you and pick you up.

Room service did take a bit long. So just order before you get to hungry.

We traveled to Juarez for my husband’s immigrant appointment, and the location is great it is right on the corner from where all the appointments will be at it’s literally two minute walk to the Us consulate .the staff was very accommodating we traveled with our son who has special needs and uses a walker to get around Martin made sure our room was spacious so he could move around. They would check in ask if there was anything that they could do to best accommodate us , the breakfast buffet is amazing good quality food , the chef is amazing and you can tell he cares about the food taste and presentation wise

This is the best hotel to stay at for all your immigration needs. Across the street from Medical clinic, next door to the consulate and around the corner a 3-minute walk from the CAS Center. The staff is great free breakfast buffet clean rooms friendly staff honestly the best place to stay and the AC is amazing. Free rides to Sam's, Costco and Walmart and they can help you get your criminal record report for less money than the location next to the CAS. Oh and the rooms have small stove and dishes to cook with.

Staff was exceptional. They treated us like royalty and did not expect anything in return. The room was spacious and clean. The amenities were spectacular. MesaLuna Short and Long Stay was only missing a garage for parking or closer parking, a window in our room, and longer stays. I was not able to stay in the same room for my entire stay. I was not able to book the 2 weeks.

Better parking and a window in my room. A swimming pool would have been nice.

Martin, Israel and Ivette from the front desk were amazing. Sebastian and Meli from te restaurant very kind as well. Miguel our driver to the airport also one kind human being. The location is the best ever. It is located right next to the US Consulate, a fes steps from ASC and right in front from Clinica Medica Internacional. Rooms nice and comfy. Breakfast is very good, great variety. Menu options also good. They take you to the airport. The gym, a bit small, but it works. The terrace is lovely. The computers you have helped us a lot too. Great service from everyone, and I really mean it. It´s a very complete hotel. If you´re going to the US Consulate, you must stay there. This is the place.

The room doors don´t shut on their own, you have to pull and pull hard to make sure they are completely closed. A lot of rooms had the doors open all day long and the guests didn´t even notice that. Restaurant hours a bit short for us, specially dinner time they closed 8:45 pm, too early. Just one night it took an hour for the chef to prepare our dinner, just one of the nights. We thought it was too long.
