The staff is very friendly, the hotel is kept clean, the shopping mall/ shopping center is within walking distance, pool for the kids, U.S. consulate is across the street, and the Central Park is nearby. The small kitchenette and the huge refrigerator. Laundry is available as well, along with a small market, which consists mainly of snacks. Grocery stores nearby. Overall, it's a great place to stay if your stay is going to be more than a couple of days.

One of the beds in the suite was very noisy and needs to be replaced. The vent fan in the bathroom was very loud. I thought the price for breakfast was somewhat expensive for those staying in the hotel. I did not see a menu in the room, I may have seen one in the main lobby.

Location is SUPERB: it's literally within a 2 minutes' walk from a shopping mall with lots of options where to eat and shop. It's within a 5 minutes' walk (across the street) from the US Consulate General which is very convenient. Quiet and nice.

Though the room is superb in terms of space and equipment, and you have a microwave oven, a small kitchenette is not equipped with anything – not a single cup/dish/fork – nothing. If you are to cook – good luck! This is disappointing actually. What's the point in having a kitchenette if you can't even pour yourself a glass of water?

Staff are super friendly, helpful and professional. Location is practically next to Las Misiones Mall. There is a small swimming pool (9am - 8pm). It has a self-service laundry room (this is heaven-sent for long stay guests). They have a small corner next to reception selling drinks, essential toiletries, candies. The small gym is open 24 hours. Aircon is excellent, room is huge, bed is comfortable, wifi is strong. The room has a full size fridge, a microwave oven, and stove (but no utensils for cooking & eating). The TV offers many channels. Fast and smooth check-in and check-out. A definite value for money!

In the room I was staying, the water pressure at bathroom sink and at the shower was not strong (volume of water at the bathroom tap was also small compared to normal hotel room). Check-in time is 3pm (and they are strict about this. Previously, I was staying at another hotel nearby; I arrived around 11am in the morning. They let me check in immediately, no question asked).

Everything was great! I loved that our room had a full size kitchenette where I cooked for my family. Great location walking distance to Starbucks and the mall was the best and walking distance to everywhere.

The pool was very cool my kids couldn't get it. Maybe in the future making it a heated pool would seal the deal.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Stayed for 6 nights and had no problem adding more nights to my stay. Reason of traveling was I had an appt with the consulate and I missed a paper to print out and they were very kind to print it out for me. Mall is right next door , consulate and medical/fingerprints is across the street. Got there in no time. Glad I picked this hotel for my stay.

Comfortable and clean

Informed clerk upon check in that I was charged 2 rooms and only needed 1. He stated he would speak with manager to fix the issue. When checking out the next day I again was told manager would be contacted to help fix problem but this never happened. On Monday finally spoke with him and he said he couldn't do anything about it and that I should have contacted you all but again since no one bothered to give me that information I was charged for an extra room

For the most part, everything was okay. But please see what you didn’t like section for criticism.

The following could use a little attention: • inside the shower, the water would build up, so maybe a faster way for water to drain. • the bed frame sticks out too much so my wife and I kept hitting ourselves in the knee/chin area. Maybe add some cushions on corners. • nights stands: there was only one. Typically there are two; one on either side. • closet doors were missing door handles Please note these are only cosmetic suggestions, our stay overall was great!

I liked how the cleaning lady on 4th floor was very nice and easy to talk to.

I didn't like the additude of one of the front desk workers when I went to switch towels it was uncomfortable going to switch towels because she always had some negative things to say or rolled their eyes or almost threw my towels at me

The breakfast was good. The property was in an excellent location. The service was excellent. Great customer service.
