To begin with, everything was good. Everything was perfect. The location, the cleanliness the staff the only thing that I really didn’t like is that only one of the people that were in the front desk, her name is Karen, she was exceptional. She was very good. The rest they will talk to you like they own you, like they didn’t care. They would like be talking to you and another guest would come and ask a question and they will just leave you standing there. They are rude. They are incompetent. They are so so very ugly girls. There was a girl with red hair that acted like she owned the hotel. The girls from the morning were not nice at all. I had told one of them that I was gonna be leaving a day earlier and I told her two days ahead and she said no I can't return your money and that the policy and all that stuff and I was like, but I’m leaving like I’m telling you 2 to 3 days before I’m leaving and she said no when I know that she could’ve returned me the money. I asked on Friday that I wasn’t gonna stay on Sunday and she said no that they couldn’t return any money and then she just walked away like I wasn’t even there. The staff in the kitchen are exceptional. I have nothing to say they were helpful. It was like a family except for those girls and the front desk not including Karen. Karen was very very good. She helped us. She did everything to her possibilities to make us feel like at home. The cleaning crew was nice and exceeded our expectations when it came to cleaning our room or giving us what we needed.

It would’ve been nice if they were to put good people for the front desk that know what they’re doing and also that they don’t tell you things that are not even there.

The property is fairly new. We stayed for 13 days. Staff were amazing! Every single staff member that we encountered were very helpful and friendly. From the front desk to the security to the house cleaners. Room was exceptionally clean, beds were comfy and bathroom was pretty big. The breakfast was great and the restaurant options are also very good. A huge shout out to the restaurant attendant/cook in the afternoon. He was just the nicest person we encountered the whole trip!

The beds are hard and not comfy. Maybe add a few more pillows to the bed. Also add an iron to each room because trying to get a hold of one is hard when the hotel is full. Breakfast is great just maybe try to not serve chilaquiles everyday. I stayed more than a week and to eat chilaquiles everyday kinda gets boring.

Breakfast was good. This hotel is walking distance to the consulate and a mall with various shops and a couple cafes. There isn't much more around, but overall I imagine the main reason for people to come here is the consulate, and in that regard this is perfect.

My room took a while to be ready. Check-in was at 3 but it still wasn't ready by 6.

everything was perfect just they should add a mini fridges and microwaves to the rooms and it would be exceptional

I loved how conveniently placed this hotel was to everything else. They have a restaurant in the hotel that had a good menu and reasonably priced so you don’t have to go far

The kitchen staff were phenomenal. They truly made our experience and stay much more comfortable. The breakfast is fresh and so tasty. All other food sold in the kitchen is as well!

The breakfast was good. But the restaurant is open till 1pm. I wish it will close later. They dont have dinner or room service.

I didnt like that the restaurant closes earlier.

The staff was very nice the lady there to help with paperwork for immigration was very helpful
