Room was exceptional. It was clean and comfortable. Staff was incredibly nice and accommodating.
Pool needed a bit of maintenance, there was debris Overall it was clean and comfortable, towels were clean and available by pool side

I liked that it was clean.
The paint in the bathroom was peeling. The coffee maker was not working. The hair dryer was not working. The washer dryer had to be fixed. The breakfast was super salty. The water pressure was low in the shower. I had to stay another night but I didn’t get the same rate as I got with Booking. I try to reserve it through Booking and I couldn’t.

Buffet were delicious, good flavors and variety of choices, dinner from menu healthy and delicious, service attention excellent and polite, I liked the location so quiet end staff were great.

I did stayed for 4 days and have breakfast almost every morning, it was very good food, the servers super professional, helpful, friendly, I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Excellent service, Great Facilities. We stayed here because we need to go to US Consulate, and it is near by. Location is great. That you have to use your room key to use the elevator is also a very good security feature. You have supermarket across street and La Rodadora is also near by.
There is no complaint. We had a great stay, but traffic in Cd Juarez may sometimes be a burden.

My room was very large. Everything was super clean. Bed was comfy.
My room was next to the hiway on a Friday night so it was loud with racing cars and police sirens! Request a room in the back it might be quieter. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant and I wouldn't recommend it.

Very secure! Nice and friendly staff. Across the street from gas station and shopping center with restaurants, bank, pharmacy, dollar exchange place.
