The room was very good—bedding very comfortable. The staff were attentive in the dining and bar area. The breakfast was very plentiful with lots of variety. The coffee was not very good.

At check in I was told that my room choice did not include breakfast but I was sure that I had chosen that option. We had an issue of being woken in the middle of the night by someone trying to enter our room. We believe it was due to an error by the night administration staff. Also the next morning our door lock was no longer working so we had to move rooms. The last issue was a problem with the guest washing machine which stopped working mid-cycle.

This location was probably the best hotel to stay at around the area. They are very attentive to your needs, super clean and just very professional. I recommend this place 100%

The only thing I didn’t like was that the prices for the food was extremely high to what’s around the area. I would suggest eating Lunch/ Dinner somewhere else

The staff make the place feel like home. They smile at you, the service I received from Adolfo the driver, Adrian, Sanchez and the other bartenders and waiters was wonderful. I’d also like to praise the wonderful cleaning staff for their good attitude and service. One of the man offered me a bottle of water. The staff deserve praise and the place of course is beautiful and clean. the temperature and lighting is excellent.

There was nothing wrong with the property itself. The only thing was that during the weekends the service was better and of more quality than staying during the week. the gym is also very cold.

Great food, excellent hotel. Very friendly and helpful employees. The best was the driver (Thanks to care my mom during her interview for the green card).

No pool

The water pressure fluctuated a lot on the 10th floor. There was multiple times I was taking a shower and the water would stop running for 30 seconds and then come back on super hot or freezing. They need to improve water pressure to the 10th floor.

The location is at walking distance of restaurants and Las Misiones shopping center.

Staff was kind, personable, friendly; breakfast buffet was wonderful; shuttle to the airport was timely; located by a nice shopping mall; warm showers

I liked everything here

The location was great for what I needed. It is very close to the US Consulate and a one-way transportation was provided by the hotel with no extra fees.

To be honest I didn't like the breakfast but the staff at the restaurant were really professional and friendly
