Myself and my fianće loved everything about this hotel. Great location with places to go all around. The staff was very attentive, helpful and hospitable...I cannot praise them enough, everyone was just so wonderful. The pool was nice but unfortunately wheather did not permit me and my fianće to enjoy it. The gym is well equipped and one of the best ive seen at a hotel.The Balcony view of the city was great! Weve decided that Hotel Lucerna is the only Hotel we will stay in when visiting Ciudad Juarez. - Juan & Amairani🤘

The drinks at the bar were quite expensive but well made.

This is a nice hotel, a timeless and classic local hotel that can compete with any global chain. I'm from Juárez and in 40 years have heard of their good reputation, this was my first stay there and I was very happy I did. I'll return. Thanks to their staff. Ps. The bed was very comfy.

I would have loved more local breakfast options like machaca con huevo, eggs made to order, burritos..

Easy entry to parking and closer to entrance. Staff friendly and bilingual. Room clean and beds comfortable. TV channels with HBOs and other premium channels. Bathroom clean.

Over charged me for the alcoholic drinks , 15$ a drink!at the pool not allowed to have own food or drinks... I think that's sillly.... let people enjoy there stay without ripping them off!

Very friendly staff who provided very attentive service without exception. Excellent amenities and pool that exceeded my expectations. WiFi was consistently reliable with 150mbps down / 50mbps up.

I love the location; we were very centralized and close to the mercado. I enjoyed the pool being opened. However, the weather didn't allow us to get in. (Not, your fault) How attentive the staff members were when helping us with our luggage.

There was a lot of security with guns hanging out in the lobby which intimidated my children. Since is was there first time in Juarez. However, the staff members ensured us everything was fine.

The staff was friendly and accommodating without hesitation. They supported my need to workout and hold meetings on site, and were very discreet through all my activities.

That people in the room next to me and across from me smoked. This had nothing to do with the hotel, but I should have mentioned to reception the first time it happened so they could take action. There was no coffee maker in the room which would have been a nice addition.
