Very clean and neat. The location was excellent since I traveled by train , then took a bus to continue my journey. The attendant at the desk was very helpful and I would give him five stars. The room was more than I expected, Thank you

Did not have any problems with the room, location or the staff. I didn't like that I have to go to El Paso to stay there. Can you open one in Western Michigan, maybe on Lake Michigan, (Holland or Grand Haven, or Luddington) .

The design of the hotel is just incredible. The room was small, but very spacious and comfortable. The concept of having kitchen appliances downstairs also improved very much the experience. Also, the location could hardly be better: secluded enough for a quiet stay, but also only ca. 5 mins walk from the city center.

The upstairs space was not very well cleaned, with some dust around. Some attention to these details would increase the hotel's ratings even more.

Very original concept for budget lodging. The room is amazing, with 4 large beds in an exotic box-like design and a little but cosy living room. The bathroom was great as well.

The on-site staff might be a bit gentler. Some of them (not everybody) almost felt like you were bothering when asking for guidance.

Very pleasant surprise right in the heart of downtown El Paso close to the theaters and restaurants. Hip neighborhood and a hip hotel. The room was large, clean, quiet, well appointed, and there was a kitchen downstairs where you could make coffee and even cook if needed. Staff was attentive.

I was originally placed in a room where the bed is on an upper deck. I'm an old man and have problems getting up and down especially during the night.

I loved absolutely everything about that place. I never wanted to leave there. I thought it was very romantic and the decor and structure was just amazing. I wil definitely be back!!!!!

No stove to cook or sodas in the machine

The location was walking distance from the convention center. It was quiet. Friendly staff.

There are no windows in the rooms. The hairdryer available in a cabinet was not functional. Staff is not always on site.

The staff is EXCELLENT. The front desk staff showed me around, helped me with the passcode, directed me to the nearest convenience store, and helped me get the heater in my room working. A+++ staff member.

The train outside ran all night. I know it is not the hotel 's fault but the train is so disturbing. I'm sure other hotels in the area hear the same gripe. Other than that...this hotel is perfect for a stay close to Amtrak and Greyhound.

The guy at the front desk, his name is Amin was above and beyond helpful to my son who has a disability. It takes one special caring person to make your heart smile. Thank Amin!!!

Room wasn't very well soundproofed, could hear almost everything on my floor
