Rooms were clean. Beds comfortable. Temperature in rooms great. Lights in room were good

My husband & I are 72 and 74. We had several pieces that were heavy. No luggage carts either when we checked in or out. Staff didn’t even attempt to help. I had to use the rolling desk chair in our 2nd floor room to carry our belongings. Terrible experience and dangerous for elderly.

Close to the UTEP campus and the transportation to and from airport and campus is included with the stay.

The housekeeping staff only spoke Spanish so it was difficult to communicate with them. Also I learned if you do not reserve the shuttle right away to get to the airport it may not be available as the hotel prioritizes the American Airlines staff. I was disappointed that when I requested the shuttle to the airport after my 4 day stay, there was no room. So I had to take an Uber which was a bit pricey that early. An expense I did not anticipate.

The property is close to hospitals, surrounded by restaurants where you can go walking.

The fact that you have to pay for parking at the hotel. It’s a service that the hotel should include. If they have trouble because people who aren’t staying there are taking their parking lot, they should see how to fix their problem and not charge their guests.

Ariadna, the front desk manager I assume. She was helpful and kind. Alihaya, pm front desk was great also Michael, the shuttle operator is the man. Any questions I had he had answers. And recommended great places to eat.

Paying for parking but I understand

The shower in the bathroom was extraordinary, but the gratis streetcar stopped directly next to the hotel and made going downtown effortless.

There were not a lot of nicer restaurants within walking distance, mostly fast food establishments for the university students.

The staff was so kind and welcoming. The rooms were clean. The pool was fun and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet and staff there. We also loved the location since it was only a few minutes from the graduation we were attending. Would definitely stay here again and explore the area more!

Everything was great no complaints

I like most everything about the property, except for the drinks were ridiculously expensive and only a choice of five entrées for dinner. Change things because I’ve been staying with you guys for years. The menu used to be extensive and also included a daily special. If those days are over

The hotel is clean but what we didnt like is that we had to pay for parking. That was not acceptable. That needs to be known up front

BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. We paid extra with the reservation for the two mornings meal

The daily rate at the hotel would have been $118.00 per night. We paid substantially more going through a third party.

Location! Great place if you're attending an event at Don Haskins Center or Sun Bowl and having the odd beer. Walking distance, no Uber needed. Comfy bed, good shower, and close to a variety of eating options. Swimming pool looked nice.
