Great location with easy access to I-10. Parking lot well lighted with multiple security cameras which are visible at the front desk. The room was great and appeared to be recently remodeled with laminate flooring instead of carpet (big plus). Bed was comfortable and TV was great, too. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was yogurt, pastry, coffee and juice. Would have given a 10 if the breakfast was a bit more elaborate.

This Hotel is off the charts, super fantastic hotel, reasonable price, very comfortable, very clean, good location because it is 12 minutes from the airport, they have a super kind and well educated taxi driver named Don Carlos that take you to the airport, the fare is $25 which is ok. The coffee and continental breakfast they offer is really good. I can't find words to describe Carmen in the reception. The owner would not be smart if he doesn't keep this lady in his hotel. Carmen is awesome!! Kind, caring, loving, and efficient. Any customer can be sure Carmen is going to take good care of him/her. Erica is great also. We will be back. There is no question about it.

Comfortable beds and staff was accommodating. Place was clean as best I could tell.

Breakfast was nothing to impressive and they began locking it down before the stated time was up. Room had what was basically a fake window using obscure glass block with apparently colored lights behind it. It wouldn’t pass fire code in some states but I guess it’s okay in TX.

Erica was very helpful great staff support during the afternoon for a late check in.

Pets are allowed but there is no dedicated area for taking pets to go bathroom. Area is too commercial for any short walks to accommodate this and is a little unsafe looking during the evening. Took note of office staff having to tell a man to get out of the dumpster and that he could not be inside dumpster diving on the property. She handled it very well and was polite and straightforward in her communication to the homeless man.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We had an issue with our first room and we were moved without much trouble. Glad for the elevator and luggage cart.

You’ll definitely notice sirens (near hospital) and trains. Also some highway noise. Inside the hotel, we were in a room below (first floor) some very rambunctious children that sounded like a herd of elephants. We were moved to an upper floor in the back corner, which was a huge improvement. I would avoid lower floors.

Location was outstanding as it was right off of the interstate. And it was clean and staff was cordial.

Breakfast was fairly light although they told you that when you checked in. Just a grab and go sort of thing. it seemed to me they could do better in terms of lighting in the room. No overhead light.

We stayed one night while traveling home. Our room was great, except for the door seal. There is a lot of hallway lighting coming through into the room from around the door. Overall, a great stay, just a minor glitch.

Staff was amazing and attentive. Room was very clean and parking was very close to the lobby. Security patrolled through the night. Location is almost in the middle of El Paso, so it was easy to Uber places without having to pay more than $15.00 a trip.

I have no complaints about the room of facility. However location is near the interstate and hospital. Noise was not bad at all though.

The fact that they had washer and dryer within the premises of the hotel. The internet was great and the room was comfortable. The staff was very kind and supportive. I would stay there again if I needed to.

The breakfast was limited to a few high-carb packaged snacks, coffee, artificial juice, yogurt, and cereals. The walls are not the best in terms of noise reduction. My landline phone was broken and I could not connect to the front desk. The ironing table was broken. When I asked for a new, they provided one that was not broken, but was horrible.

Staff is sweet and they let me check in early which I appreciated it so much! Room was clean and smelling really good! Overall really good hotel, only bad thing is online it states that breakfast is included with price but that’s a lie there was no breakfast provided.
