Front desk was very helpful. Accommodated my 1st floor request.

No ice machine. Office completely closed up in the early morning. Room was clean, but you can see the wear and tear on the whole facility. Toilet wasn’t flushing. Noone in the office to report it to. TV was difficult to work. Instructions on screen didnt apply. Very few channels and can’t use the guide. Didn’t look like the table the tv was on had been dusted in quite some time.

The room size was good.

Staff was not up to the industry standard. We checked out & were waiting in the lobby, my 6 years old child wanted to go to the restroom, we asked at the reception, he said no restroom is available!!! How come no restroom in a hotel? He could have opened the room we just came out from. He then locked reception room (I don't know the reason).

The environment is very clean, and proximity to eateries and malls is really good.

The night before I left, the guests in the next room with whom I shared a wall on the left became super noisy with intermittent bangs on the wall.

Just a quick sleepover passing through, but it was very comfortable. The staff was wonderful. It was quiet. Got a great night sleep would definitely stay here again no breakfast though little snack they had thank God for the coffee

nicely maintained, convenient location, bed was comfortable. love having the option to cook for ourselves. quality pillows and linens. laundry facilities well maintained. $5 a load and used a credit card.

we could hear people a little overhead. think they were fighting. not as bad as other places I’ve stayed. also didn’t quite all the kitchen stuff the have available and you have to request it, kitchen doesn’t come stocked.

The location of the hotel was great. There was many different stores and food places near by. Very easy to locate. Breakfast was just a coffee bar with muffins and oatmeal. Overall great place to stay for a couple of days.

The elevator did not work going down so I constantly had to take the stairs. There was also not a lot of parking and would often have to make my own parking space.

The staff was very friendly and provided information and had a great small plaza with food and Walmart was really two blocks away!

The tv was not operating good and the water was always cold … didn’t complain too much but would be nice if the rooms had better tv and tv service provider.

I loved everything about the place... from the staff to the nice clean rooms. It was very nice 👍 and l would like to thank Ms. Katie for the friendly help and smile 😊...

Well, since it was pretty hot in the daytime ... their was no swimming pool at this location. All else was good.

The room was clean, comfortable, and a great value.

The hallways were a little stuffy, even in February, so the smell of food from guests rooms lingered at times.
