Did not have breakfast as we wanted to get on the road early. Room was set up nicely, liked the separation between sleeping and living space. Very convenient to have the small tables by the couch, liked that the TV swiveled so you could watch from couch or bed. Bathroom very clean, I really like the shampoo/soap dispensers instead of the little bottles. Also very quiet, was not disturbed by noise from the hallway or entrances or neighboring rooms. Also liked the beverage area set up and fridge.

The desk area had no easy to reach plug ins. having to scrabble underneath desk to plug in laptop or phones is no fun. Maybe have one of the lamps like the ones by the bed with USB ports on the desk.

The property was in a very good location and with access to near by shopping, restaurants, and gas stations

It was nothing to do with the property but with the manager on duty at time of arrival. We had booked our stay with booking.com and with the option of paying at property. He didn’t allow me to pay with my cash when checking in but made me use my debt card. Why offer pay at property option if you still going to ask your guests to use a debt/credit card

It was very clean and everyone was very nice

The breakfast everything was spread out and we didn’t know other options were available to eat there wasn’t any meat at all offered and we were awake within the first hour there was no creamer for coffee and expected more hot breakfast meals then just eggs

overall not a bad experience at the hotel. Staff and personnel were awesome during my stay.

I was charged extra and have been trying to speak to managers with proof of the money that was deducted and no assistance has been provided. I have tried since the 2 January it is now almost february and I am still out of over $1,000 dollars.

Clean, quiet, and loved the cookies we received upon checking- a lovely touch!

A bit pricey, I wouldn’t ever normally pay this much for a hotel, but I didn’t want to sacrifice quality for the cost. It’s sad that El Paso has to charge outrageous rates to ensure quality.

It was not the best. 7 am is to late for some. It was cold. The biscuits were fresh,but the gravy was not even warm. The eggs were not eggs and were not warm. I saw many uneaten plates with food in the trash. There was no meat. Waffles and cold cereal was good.

The lights in the buffet came on at 7am. Should have been earlier for breakfast. The young girl put the food items out and then disappeared! The items that should have been warm were cold.

The front desk lady was really nice and helpful, so was the staff we would see walking down the halls

My boyfriend and I found a condom wrapper near the bed when we first got into our room so that was pretty gross. And then the handle in the shower was broken.

Easy to access, real close to highway

There are 2 Marriott’s right next to each other, and I got confused with the names. Booking doesn’t state how much pet fees are. It’s $100 non- refundable

Excellent location. We just stayed overnight so it was easy to get back on the road in the morning. Breakfast was great! Staff was very friendly. Looking forward to staying here again.

Not much to complain about. We just unplugged the mini fridge because it was loud. Plugged it back in before we left.

It was nice and clean in the lobby. I enjoyed the way the lobby was laid out. Also, the bedrooms, bathroom, and closet placement were perfect to me. The room felt larger..

I think 2 pillows per person and maybe a little firmer option.
