The facility is clean inside and outside the building. The staff were kind and informative.

No problem with the facility. The person above us walked heavy must of the night while we tried to sleep. We had a 12 hour drive the next day. We spoke with the front desk, but the heavy walking continued above us.

Friendly staff and hotel and rooms were clean. Good value for money. Our last stay at a Comfort Suites in El Paso about a year ago was not great as the hotel and rooms were really dirty so it was nice to see that they've prioritized this area. We stayed in a double queen suite, and the room was a good size. Location is great as Walmart is close by and there are several restaurants within walking distance. We had no problems with our booking or stay and would stay at this hotel again.

The pool could use attention as it was a bit dirty and the whirlpool had bugs in it. Breakfast was okay, but coffee lovers will be disappointed as it didn't even taste like coffee. They say breakfast is until 9 am, but they are slow on refilling the hot items and stopped before 8:30 am so several guests couldn't get a hot breakfast even though they had arrived for breakfast by 8 am.

Plenty of good quality towels, comfortable beds, very clean, and an excellent breakfast. All staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the lady overseeing the dining room.

It was a little difficult to navigate through different parking lots to get to the entrance.

This is a great hotel, with a great location

I'm starting to feel sad about the hotel, all the corridors have a not so good smell, that could be that they are not that clean or they need a remodeling

Comfortable bed and pillows! Large rooms and great A/C. Liked that it has Refrigerator & Microwave.

The couch - it was hard and not comfortable at all!

everything about the property was great. The staff was really nice.

The other guests were rude and made my kids feel uncomfortable at the pool so they got out that was the reason we chose this place and they didn’t even get to enjoy it.  There were also other guests who complained that our music was too loud when we didn’t even have music playing

Location was great. And the spacious suite was perfect for our little family.

Facilities could use a little lift. The showers were not the best.

A/c seemed to be struggling to cool the room. It’s was a double bed suite with a sofa so the room seemed to be too big for the one a/c

The corridor in my floor had a funny smell

Appreciated them cleaning pool regularly but took quite a while.
