The room was very clean. The check-in was smooth. Staff was friendly. Walmart is a simple walk across a non-busy street. It was quiet during the night. The bed was comfortable. Not to shabby for an inexpensive place to stay.

The trees around the parking lot are all over grown and need to be trimmed back. The bathtub seems a little old/run down.

seems like there is always road construction in El Paso, this time affecting accessibility to location. Shower in room needs to be deep cleaned.

They spacious room and very cleanliness but not only that I was very impressed with the style and look of the room and it's improvement since I stayed back in 4/2022!! RRI west you have achieved high standards and quality to become one of the best 5 stars but keep the price as is don't change that and you will see what I mean Thanks for the best stay I've had I Appreciate you and your staff.... Not enough hot water in shower lol other then that was perfect .thank you...

It was in a nice central location but far enough away from major traffic. There are several restaurants nearby plus a Walmart across the road. Convenient parking especially for a first floor room.

No breakfast. Only coffee

Staff was real professional and friendly.And I really appreciate how they treated me. Didn't get the name of the staff. But on the day that I arrived. I felt I was in good hands. My gratitude goes out to them. I arrived on May 10th.

The location, that always is a person helping you at the lobby. And the coffee 24 hrs. Good.

The mattress is so soft.

We were traveling with dogs when our ac was struggling in the extreme heat... they allowed pets and let us get in early to get them out of the heat. No huge pet fees. Really appreciate that. Thank you! It was located near Walmart and Home Depot which allowed us to replenish supplies and pick up a stand alone ac for our van.

Location is on west side which is the quieter side of El Paso but lots of places near by. Front desk staff was the best. She was nice, helpful, and very welcoming. The room was spacious and clean.

Facilities could use some upggrading like the hallways and bathrooms etc. but not terrible.

Got put in a room first that hadnt been cleaned and had to move. My stay was four nights this time and my room was not serviced at all the whole time no clean towels brought no trash taken out at all during my stay

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Check out at noon. Reasonable nightly rate on booking.com

No laundry facility. TV channels have nothing interesting to watch. No HBO or similar! Most hotels do provide this!! Room not cold enough.
