I thoroughly enjoyed our experience with the staff and this hotel they provide commodities for people who need assistance although you have to make sure you read the signs they tell you the information you need to know, such as the wifi and the front desks contact since they don't have a phone provided in the rooms. They have free wifi, rooms are clean, they provide free ice, cheap vending machines, and dollies for big luggage's. They also provide complimentary breakfast for the guests, it's a good variety of what someone would like for breakfast cereal, waffles, yogurt, toast, muffins and bagels. There's also coffee by the front desk and a juice machine in their breakfast room.

The room immediately smelled so fresh when I opened the door. It was naturally warm all night. The room was very comfortable. The area was 5 minutes away to Sunland Casino & close to eating areas nearby.

I saw that one box spring had nasty spills showing on the foot side. So I didn't sleep in that bed. Hope your management can correct it. It was in room 204. The bed next to the West side window.

It's a deal you can't beat, decent room, breakfast included. Really affordable for what it's offered.

The bathroom was disgusting , the carpet was dirty, the couch was stained, and the TV was messed up. Do not recommend unless you just need a place to stay for cheap.

The front desk guy with the man bun lied two times, the ice machine works and gave me a wrong check out time.

When we arrived at location we parked..as we was stretching from long drive and getting our reservation info when a lady came out and started saying do you guys have a room and then got louder until one of us let her know about reservations and then proceeded to be rude and said that we couldn’t stay at property because the car we was in had paper plate ..we had just purchased the vehicle a week ago so paper plates is what they give you..words were exchanged and was threatened by worked to call the police..I don’t have her name but she had tattoos all up to her neck ..will never return or put a good world on this place

This hotel is the worst place. Dirty, bedbugs, dirty smells like pee, mattress probably old. Doors did not lock, window was wide open with no protection. Still no hot water I had to book a different hotel for my family. I called this hotel to get a refund they yelled at me said no and said call the cops. I will be calling HEALTH INSPECTORS. They should not be open they need to close down. Disgusting place. I know when a hotel is clean I use to work at a hotel and this place was not safe to stay and very sketchy. BEDBUGS STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.
