I loved that I didn't have to pay extra for my dog because we were only in town for one night for a vet visit and they had a little dog area. Security cameras everywhere and super friendly staff. It was very clean and convenient

This is not the motels fault, but people don't clean up after their pets, so there were bombs all over the dog area. The motel provides dog bags and a trash can. Also, someone super heavy footed got put right above me and was stomping everywhere late into the night. Next upgrade should be sound proofing to muffle people's sounds.

Staff was friendly and helpful (Dawn and Betsy). The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the parking lot WELL lighted. Since I sleep with an eye mask and ear plugs, I didn't have any issues with noise or light. This is NOT a 'high-end" hotel, but it is basic, clean, safe and right off the 1-10 Freeway at Mesa Road (West Side). No breakfast, but a reasonably good tasting coffee machine. The small refrigerator and microwave worked fine. For the price, it's a very hard value to beat. There is a Taco Cabana within walking distance and a Walmart .5 miles away.

The pool water was very warm, and there were a lot of kids, BUT if you have a family and like the water warm, that wouldn't be a problem.

The rooms were clean and not cluttered with unnecessary items. Was pleasant to stay in. Staff was amazing on check in. She answered all my questions. Reassured me it was ok to check in early and go back to the water park. They were very understanding. One staff member shared her daughters photos with my daughter. She was so excited to show her that her daughter also had matching tattoos and hair color. It made Mt daughter feel special and welcomed to have that shared with her. She floated on cloud nine. Thank you for treating us like family.

There was half used soap in the bathroom. We did use the soap.

the rooms seemed to have undergone a recent renovation, meaning everything appeared to be new, including towels...my room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the a/c worked...i always appreciate the no pet fee at all motel6 locations...

the staff was a bit...lacking, but not in a way that caused a problem, only a slight annoyance...

the motel was nice. The bed was comfy. Room for NS King was small, but for the price it was good. Nothing to wild, it was simple and comfy.

the flooring was sticky. It may have been the cleaning chemicals or the type of flooring, but it was a bothering feeling when walking barefoot. Forgot to bring my slippers on this trip

Easy to park. Easy to locate office and vending machines. The front desk staff were pleasant and efficient. Facility is in convenient location.

Exterior walkways and stairwells were not very clean. There was odor from cigarette smoke in the bathroom through the vent/fan. There should be signage directing guests with pets to the pet relief area. The key cards worked intermittently.

The proximity to the interstate, there are many good restaurants nearby and stores where you can shop for items you may have forgotten on your trip or to enhance it. The beds were incredibly comfortable.

It was confusing finding the entrance from the frontage road along the interstate, as I ended up at Days Inn only to have the point out that I need to go next-door.

I did not get the name of the lady who was working the desk when I arrived and when I checked out (same person) but she was extremely friendly, extremely helpful, had such a wonderful attitude. even though this motel 6 is farther than where my family lives, but because of this service I will always come back here when I stay in El Paso!

I could only get the fan to work not the air conditioner. luckily it wasn’t that hot so it didn’t get too uncomfortable. I noticed some of the buttons were popped off on the unit in room 110

I love the location and there are no pet fees. It was clean and free coffee. Everywhere else required pet deposits. No deposit required here. I'm very grateful for that. We stayed 5 nights.

There is nothing I didn't like about this place.

Check -in was easy. Front desk was pleasant and willing to help us if we needed it. Two fast food restaurants were right there. Our room was made up each day. Would stay there again.

Parking was tight and if you parked where the speed bumps were it was a little tricky getting in and out.
