Quick check-in, evening front desk lady was very courteous and explained everything clearly. Room was well sized and clean, everything looked new. Comfortable bed, zero issues with room. They serve a light breakfast, juice and snacks, very basic. Right off the highway, traffic noise does get into the room. Lots of stores and restaurants near. Pool is not warm, so spa is a nice touch. Excellent option overall.

Overnight Sunday front desk lady was unnecessarily rude and aggressive when verifying whether we were guests at breakfast. I get why she verified us (we dropped off family at the airport very early, came back at 6:10 am and went straight from parking lot to breakfast area, so obviously she thought we weren't guests), but her questions, tone and attitude were quite unprofessional, to the point that I had to yell back at her. So just beware.

It was a very convenient location for where we were going that day. The room was very clean, but quite spartan. That wasn't really a concern - it was an overnight stay. The bed was very comfortable.

it was quite cold outside (snowing), so we really needed the heater. However, it was very noisy so we turned it off after the room heated up. Unfortunately, the noise of the heater actually negated the noise from the highway, so it was a toss-up as to which was worse.

I’m a travel professional and a military combat veteran and your 100.00 deposit will prevent me from patronizing your property/business in the future; I don’t believe I have to pay the price for individuals who lack the ability to conduct them selves properly and without damaging property while a guest at your location. I love how accommodating and comfortable the property was. The location was great, the facility was clean, pretty, modern, affordable, and the service was prompt and friendly. This was the perfect place for everything we needed especially the pet friendly environment. I would definitely stay again!

It’s easily accessible from the main road, clean and neat.

I don’t have any problem with the property. I just don’t like the idea of giving away my credit card number again for the deposit and I already paid online. I understand your policy but I was charged $100 for the deposit from my card and I hope I will get my refund soon.

The rooms where nice and clean the pool and good customer service. Nice and secure parking and quiet. And the people that work there are great thank you for your service see you soon.

The manager of the West location, Cynthia, went above and beyond for us! She helped with parking accommodations and other needs due to medical restrictions. She made our stay very comfortable! She deserves a raise!

Construction noise right outside of our room most of the day.

Rooms were recently renovated and very beautiful. My next stay in El Paso will most likely be at this same hotel. The price per night was very reasonable and fit my budget with ease. Only recommendation is hot breakfast in the morning.

the suprise deposit that is mandatory either in cash or credit… it was not communicated up front so we were not prepared for it. trust, the amount was reasonable, it was how it was dropped on us at tcheck in

We felt safe and it was comfortable, clean and quiet. Very convenient to my folks place. The property will be our main stay again. Glad we found this hotel for the next stay. It was a great. Plus the price point spot on.
