Excellent Location and Comfortable Stay. We chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to the Coldplay concert venue, and it turned out to be a great decision. The location is excellent—close to many restaurants and just a short Uber ride away from several malls. The rooms were very comfortable, and we appreciated the on-site restaurant and cozy bar, which added to the overall convenience and atmosphere. Unfortunately, we did experience a billing issue: we reserved two rooms but were charged for three. We're still in the process of resolving the reimbursement with the hotel, and we found that the management has not handled the claim with much empathy or urgency. Despite this setback, we would still consider staying here again if we return to El Paso, thanks to the comfort and convenience the hotel offers. Would you like a version in Spanish as well, or perhaps a shorter version for a review platform?

Breakfast was good but I had understood it was complimentary. When they brought out the bill I didn’t have the time to question it as the littles had reached their fussy stage.

Parking. Unfortunately and to no fault of their own, we have larger trucks and parking in tight places is something not we but other drivers seem to have difficulties with. Someone parked rather close to our passenger side doors making it tough for the little ones to hop in the back. Last we wanted was for ours to open the door into someone else’s vehicles.

Great location, I did not rent a car, but it was easy to use ride share apps. The beds were really comfortable. The room was clean. Friendly staff. Love the coffee shop on the first floor!

Would be great if the pool was heated as the water was super cold. Would also be a good idea to limit time on the cabanas. Some people would hog them all day!

The location is great - this is our hotel of choice when we come to El Paso. Breakfast was great. Dinner was fabulous. Our waitress for dinner was off the charts incredible. The front desk person on the 3 to 11 shift took care of the billing issue we had and made sure we got drink tickets for guest service recovery. That was unexpected, and definitely appreciated. We had a rough day before we checked in.

Ice machines weren't working on the two floors we checked.

Location

Phones did not work. WiFi did not work. Desk attendant said it did but we had 4 rooms on different floors and it did not work in any of them. Plus we talked to other guests and theirs did not work either. Just say it is out of order. Restaurant has. 20-25 minute wait for breakfast on Friday morning. It was not full and could not understand this.

Loved the location, and the staff was wonderful.

Our AC wasn't working in our room. The staff worked quickly to get us to another room. But we had to go from a king-size bed to 2 queens. But I was grateful for all their work to get us accommodated. And gave us free breakfast vouchers

We liked everything especially staff maria was very helpful friendly and kind she would check up on us everyday day of our stay To make sure we didn't need anything. This will be our place to stay from now on.

There is nothing I didn't like all was just prefect

Staff was very friendly and always helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Hotel in location for downtown locations and great access on and off main roads.

You have to pay for parking. Which was done at the front desk at the time of checking in. But when leaving the machine wouldn’t read the code. So I had to pay again to get out. Which I figured I’d go to the front desk and get it cleared up. But apparently someone else had the same problem and called the front desk. There was only one very nice young lady trying to help everyone at the desk and deal with the person on the phone yelling at her. Believe me she was doing her best! But before we could get the little issue of the gate not working. I had to leave because of an appointment that I was running late for because of the gate not working right. I told her I had to leave and I’d call back to get it straightened out.

Staff, housekeeping were friendly and accommodating.

Parking arrangement was terrible: Spaces were crowded. Toilet and faucets leaked; sounds from elevators were disrupting. The guitar player/singer sounded like someone singing tunes of the past and was annoying while eating (I suggest eliminating this option). Menu was limited.
