The Hotel has been renovated since the last time my boyfriend and I stayed there and the changes are wonderful. It was super clean and staff was courteous and nice. The kitchen staff were super nice and the breakfast was great! The room we stayed in was super comfortable and clean. The location is really convenient in downtown.

I didn't like the fact that the sink was clogged in the bathroom in our room, but maintenance took care of it right away. Also, the water pressure in the shower wasn't that great. During breakfast the juice machine wasn't operable, but I was able to get water from the kitchen staff and/or anything I needed. I didn't like that there wasn't an ice machine on a floor closer to us. We had to go and get it from the kitchen staff.

The breakfast was amazing still thinking of it from Arizona. There were so many option to choose from and the ladies preparing and stocking were friendly and attentive.

The bathroom not having a fan, the first & only hotel without a fan. Definitely not use to it and not a fan of not having one while traveling

The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. The front desk was extremely helpful. Ask for Wendy. She goes above and beyond excellent customer service.

The beds did not have complete protective covering. I like the beds at a hotel to have an encasement to cover the entire mattress/box spring.

The location was very good. Quiet downtown area and not many shops but I enjoyed the relaxed vibe. A few nice earing places. Luigi pizza was a great surprise as was Taconeta. El Paso is VEEY spread out so next time I may get a rental car. Check out museum of international art!!!

Only thing was choice of tv selections but it actually worked in my favor as I caught up on reading and meditation and SLEEPING.

The room was clean, nice and spacious, but the restroom was small.

Breakfast could use some help. Food was cold. Not really warm at all. The drinks were really small. The drink fountain was not working. There was a good choice of food but it wasn’t hot as expected. I did have breakfast as 8:00 am.

Staff was nice. Beds were comfortable.

Cockroaches in the bathroom. Room smelled like sewer throughout our stay. No hand soap in bathroom. Breakfast drinks not available as the machine for the juice was broken and the coffee maker did not work. No shuttle to and from the airport anymore.

Easy to get to off the highway and friendly staff who were ready and willing to help us.

Parking area was to small but staff on hand did a great job of helping us to find a place to park and there was a damaged vanity mirror in the bathroom that took away from how nice the rest of the room was.

We didn’t eat breakfast. We were in a wreck and our car stuff including a wheelchair were delivered to the Holiday Inn and they took it up to the room which was very nice. The security guard that was on the evening of June 7 was very kind.

Location was great for walking around downtown. The are felt safe. The bed was really comfortable. I think this hotel is great value!

The pool was on the smaller side and was closed. The bathroom was sort of small.

Great check-in staff. Very helpful with directions etc. All staff happy to have a quick chat. Clean room with comfortable bed. Eazy parking close to city centre.
