Very clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed, big shower. Location right in downtown El Paso near restaurants, the baseball stadium and shops. We loved the Art Deco Design of the historic building.

The hotel's own valet parking is around $20 per night and street parking is limited to two hours, and beware that the parking meter takes your money even at night before payment starts at 8 a.m. so you cannot prepay for the morning upon arrival. Not the hotel's fault, but worth mentioning for future travelers.

Initial welcome 🙏 doorman was patient, professional, and courteous. Then, the front desk representative had an amazing smile in greeting me.. travels must include Aloft...great location. Park to walk my dog within 2 blocks and the adjoining restaurant had quality food and even accommodated my pet. Thank you El Paso!!!!

The location was perfect and in a beautiful historic building. The restaurant, Mazelle, has amazing food for a reasonable price. We used the free tram several times to bring us to different parts of the city core. Today the tram was decorated for St.Patricks day☘️

The door to the bathroom was malfunctioning. We also had a strong unpleasant sewer smell in the middle of one of the nights.

The location was great and the staff were incredible! Marco at the front desk was extremely helpful and welcoming.

I think the lobby area where the games are needs some TLC. The pool table needs a refresher and one pool ball was missing. It could be a lot cleaner as well. Tweaks could definitely elevate the experience.

Really liked the location and the proximity to restaurants and the arts district. Very comfortable bed and modern room. Loved that they had a plant based breakfast option (to purchase). Lobby had games and a good lounge area.

If I had to be picky, there is no towel bar or hook by sink. The closest one is by the shower and toilet which is several feet away. Dripping everywhere lol!

Such a cool building. I remember this old building in El Paso and to see it reimagined into these cool hotel rooms was so fun!

No coffee in the morning but they brewed us a pot! Breakfast was not included and we had just gotten back from traveling Asia for a month and all the hotels include breakfast so that was the only thing that did not meet my expectations.

Historical but upgraded with great modern amenities. Fantastic bathroom with beautiful glass enclosure shower and Dry Bar shower products including shampoo and conditioner. Comfy beds with nice bedding. Very clean and quiet. Front desk staffed by two beautiful and very helpful ladies who could teach courses on customer service! We enjoyed a toasted marshmallow cold brew and delicious muffin for breakfast at the hotel. The hotel bar has many craft beer options and once again the customer service was stellar! I will remember this hotel and will stay there again!

The property was amazing the only issue was the location. We arrived as a event was happening and there is no parking so had to pay extra for Vallet parking that’s why we decided to leave early. Rooms are too small for the price and the beds are too small. The door to the bathroom is very hard to shut and I would have enjoyed a tub to take a hot bath.

When I booked our room it said “city view.” We had NO view of the city because our room faced a tall building. Our restroom window faced another restroom window and I got to see someone sitting on the toilet at 8am

Fun, funky hotel located near lots of restaurants in walking distance. Room has a smart tv which was nice and very comfortable. Breakfast was really good.

The bathroom doors slides and is very hard to open/close. Parking is valet only and really inconvenient since it’s such a busy street.
