We had an unforgettable experience at this luxury hotel. From the moment we walked in, the attention to detail in every square inch of the space was clear. It’s obvious a lot of thought went into creating an atmosphere that feels both elegant and welcoming. The staff were warm, attentive, and truly made us feel cared for throughout our stay. The food was fantastic. Every meal felt like a treat. The location couldn’t have been better either. We were just a short walk from great bars, restaurants, and beautiful scenic spots that were perfect for a romantic evening out. Even the restrooms and shower fixtures stood out. Everything felt solid, high-end, and thoughtfully chosen. Nothing plastic here. All metal, mi gente! It’s those little details that make a big difference and remind you you’re in a place that takes pride in quality. One of the things that stood out most was the design. Every texture, color, and piece of décor worked together to create a soothing, rich, and regal ambiance. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel relaxed, yet elevated. It’s clear this hotel has thought of everything. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

It was beautiful, relaxing, and the hotel emailed. Me before my stay. To see if I wanted to personalize my stay. It was my husband's birthday. And they asked if I wanted to get a bottle and some sweets. I said yes and they gave me a happy Birthday cupcake and a Coke for free. And the other thing I upgraded was waiting for us in the room. Everything was beautiful.

The only thing was that the air was turned off or night or something cause I was hot. I had the thermostat at 66. Idk if it was me or the room. But it was hot at night but just uncovered myself and it was ok.

The place is beautiful and Cozy, it is my favorite Hotel in Downtown El Paso every time we visit the City. It is near to everything, Staff's are amazing and accommodating, I love their Gym and restaurants! I just really love this hotel even if it is pricey I always book i fr the reason that I love staying there, having a drink at the bar or at the roof top bar.

We booked an ADA access since my Husband just got out of Hospital rehab due to injury, we were both surprised with the kind of bathroom they have for ADA, it was disappointing, no walk in shower but a bath tub, husband can't climb it, the hot and cold shower wasn't regulated well, though you control it can either be very ho or very cold. My Husband did not shower for two days while we are there.

Pretty rooms, beautiful bar, very friendly and helpful staff, great location, comfy beds and pillows.

The room wasn't totally clean. Dirty linens from the previous guest were in a pile on the table, and there were some stains on towels. There was a nightlight in the bathroom that we couldn't figure out how to turn off, and it shined on the bed. We had to close the heavy, hard-to-slide bathroom door (barn door), which made nighttime bathroom use hard and disruptive. Also, the door offered little privacy for the bathroom, so if you aren't very close to your partner, that might be a negative.

We loved EVERYTHING about The Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park. The cleanliness, the decor, the history, but most importantly the staff!!! They were so kind and helpful. Jaime in Ambar was beyond incredible. He treated us with such courtesy and as if we were his best friends telling us about the history of the hotel and answering all of our questions. We also enjoyed fantastic crafted cocktails and a spectacular ribeye at the Ambar. We definitely will be returning to The Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!

Location was fantastic room was very clean and comfortable. Check-in process was great especially since we arrived very late around midnight and the staff was very friendly and understanding. We did not use the valet service but the adjacent parking lot had plenty of spaces reserved for hotel guests so parking was no issue. Nestled right in the heart of downtown El Paso was a plus as well. We did not visit the inhouse restaurant since our stay was not very long but we would definitely stay here again. Location felt very safe but there is some construction going on but again that had no effect on our stay whatsoever.

Our stay was very pleasant and as far as improving things we did not have much to comment on. This is far and away the "fanciest" hotel my fiancé and I have ever stayed at and it had everything we needed and more.

Our second stay here visiting our son who is in the Army. We really enjoy the location and accessibility. Took in a Chihuahuas game, the Coffee Box, several restaurants (all fabulous) and lovely live music in the Park. We enjoyed Sunday brunch at the Plaza and they visited the beautiful bar in the hotel a few times. I greatly appreciate the fresh coffee station in the morning ... it is very good.

Cost to park is pricey, so we elected not to rent a car this trip.

The staff was fantastic and willing to help us every step of the way. The rooms were spotless and beds were super comfortable! Culinary kudos to Ambar for the fantastic food and drinks! The food was absolutely delicious.

The parking could use some work as well as the curtains in the rooms could be much darker. If you are there to rest in the evening hours during the weekend it can be a little noisy at times, but not too bad.

The staff was very friendly and nice. The room was clean and large. I like that they have hardwood floor in the rooms and not a carpet like most places. The bathroom was spacious, and the bed was so comfy I had difficulty getting out of bed in the morning. They have a very good and well equipped hotel gym. The hotel itself is beautiful. I had a lovely stay and recommend this hotel to everyone wanting to stay in downtown El Paso.

Very classy old school feel. Beautiful clean rooms. Spectacular view from my room as well as the rooftop bar. The valet service team was amazingly attentive. The plaza did not skimp on the amenities. My room included a high quality iron, ironing board, hair dryer and even a magnifying mirror as well as two big screen TVs and an espresso maker among other things. Overall experience was magical.

Front desk was a bit rude when they couldn't find my reservation from Booking.com. Once it got straightened out it was like a veil was lifted and the customer service was amazing so I found that a little inauthentic. Also, the rooftop bar has very slow service and the food wasn't great but this is me being nitpicky.
