The property was conveniently located in downtown Revelstoke wherein restaurants and shopping centers are just walking distances. The property was clean and well maintained and the suites were quite big and comfortable for 8 people (got the 3 bedroom suite). We like it very much because suites have their own living room and kitchen has all the appliances with utensils where we can cook our own food.

The first day we arrived all electical outlets of the main room and the 2nd bedroom were not working. They have to make sure that everything is working for evey guest. For suggestions: maybe they can put garbage/trash bins in the parking lot or near the parking lot. They have a room for garbage and recycle but it was close.

Rooms are very clean and the location is excellent.

The hot tub is lethal! My kids warned me as one slid and yet withall, holding on to the handrail and going slow, I slid and now have two wrenched shoulders and injured wrists/back. Also double bed too close to wall and that base gets your shin every time. We were travelling without data/services and did not know that the check in desk was 1.7 km away. Emailing the code early in the day or letting people know that the front desk is not near the building, in which case we would have stopped at Internet cafe, would have been good. That said, everything else was perfect and would not hesitate to recommend.

Our stay at these Suites was absolutely excellent and went above our expectations. The space was clean, stylish, and very comfortable everything felt thoughtfully prepared. We did experience a small issue during check-in as the access code wasn’t working, but support responded immediately and resolved it quickly and professionally. That level of responsiveness really stood out and gave us peace of mind. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

We couldn't stay longer time, but we'll be back!

Loved the location, with walking distance to everything in town. Great kitchen, although access to sink and cupboards/dishwasher was a bit constricted. I loved having 3 bathrooms for our family. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Impeccably clean. Hot tub was lovely. BTW, I did not know ahead of time that this property had a hot tub. Looking back I couldn't find it in the property description. You should emphasize this, because it was one of the highlights of staying here. The hot tub was huge, there were 2 of them, and plentiful towels. Loved having 2 TV screens.

Needed more coffee filters and coffee ( only 2 provided). A bit more cutlery would have been nice : we had a few friends over for dinner and ran out of dishes and cutlery.

I stayed in a ground floor studio unit with direct access to my vehicle on one side and the street, and adjacent coffee shop (Dose - delicious), which was very practical. The location is fantastic as the downtown is walkable with a lot of weather protection (you know it rains and snows a lot in Revy). The room has a fully functional kitchen which I did not use but I could see that this would be amazing for a longer stay!

I have very little that I did not like but with the weather being quite cool and rainy, I had hoped I could increase the temperature of my room but after making adjustments, the temperature never went above 19C. I also found the bathroom sink too small and impractical with little convenient space to place toiletries.

Good location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and nice hot tub with a view.

Room not cleaned during stay. Ran out of dishwasher tablets, washing machine pods, and toilet paper during the stay due to this and had to find cleaning staff when they were cleaning other rooms to request more.

Full kitchen suite, nice tall ceilings, clean, right downtown super close walking distance to local popular resteraunts, cafes and downtown core etc.

Bathroom fan was either nonexistant or didnt work at all. The smart ecobee thermostat for the room/air system basically didn't let the room get below 20°C, got stuffy and warm in the room even with the thermostat set for 17°c especially after a shower. Remained warm and stuffy all night.. Bed linens had sweat stains at ends of blankets.

Superb modern apartment with excellent facilities. Spacious and quiet with parking included (under cover) in the centre of Revelstoke, so walking distance to cafes, shops and restaurants. The beds were extremely comfortable and the TV (4K) was a bonus to relax with a film after long hikes. The AC was easy to control to our liking and each window had a mosquito net, which was needed at this time of year.

Nothing - this is the best rental we have ever had.

Self check in was a breeze. The micro suite was very clean and perfectly stocked for two. We were in transit for the long weekend and were very pleased that the fridge and freezer had plenty of space for the food and ice packs from our coolers which meant we didn’t have to worry about food spoilage as we continued on our journey the next day. We were able to keep our vehicle in the parking lot for an hour or so after check while we did some exploring. Great location within walking distance of restaurants and shops.

We could hear the man in the next room talking for some time while on a telephone/conference call. He didn’t appear to be shouting and we weren’t able to hear what he was saying we were well aware of his presence next door. Possibly because there were adjoining doors rather than a solid wall.

The hotel was new and final fit out construction on a number of units was still going on when we arrived. Hopefully the finishing touches will have now been completed. The spas were not available and we were offered access to the other Basecamp spa but it was several kilometres away The location is perfect and central to everything and the hotel and facilities are fresh and new. By the time people read this and book the finishing touches should have been sorted . As an experienced traveller unexpected surprises are normally not well received and the website advertising at the time we booked was clearly at odds with what we saw and experienced on the first day of arrival. By the second day that construction activity had subsided and we enjoyed the balance of the stay.
