Location is great- Love the individual fire pits and balcony right on the beach. Check-in very good! Excellent price.

Floors were pretty sandy when we checked in- I get the sandy beach, but a swiffer would have cleaned it better. Everything else was clean. Screen patio door did not close tight so bugs could come in ( would have liked to have left open to hear the waves. Also, front door did not close tightly. (also a place for bugs to get in

Loved the new remodeled room!! We stayed in the family suite, had a kitchen and sitting room, plus basically 2 separate rooms for everyone! And for the price, it was amazing! Water side fire, and not to mention the Saturday night fireworks view!!! I stayed 4 years ago, and said I'd be back! It was even better this visit. I will be back again!! Almost forgot, no pool at motel, but you have access to 2 water parks just up the street, which were easy to get to,and the kids had a blast!!

The view with the water and how close it was. Very peaceful, quiet. We come here all the time. Overall a good location for this hotel and very nice family owned and inside looks very nice renovated.

Now that it is family owned, I think cleaning the balcony's and possibly cleaning the siding by power washing all the old bugs on it would make the hotel look much better from the old management.

What breakfast??????we did enjoy our rooms. They were plenty big enough and clean. We enjoyed our location very much. We very much enjoyed the free voucher to the waterpark. Thank you.

We actually came because of the hot tub which wasn't working during our whole stay. It also took over 3 hours before we could actually go to our rooms after we checked in and paid.

The view was nice and the hot tub was relaxing.

The locks to get in the rooms were bugging so we had to get new room keys. And there’s only 1 lock on the inside of the room I feel like there should be an extra one just in case.

The views are amazing and the room are nice love everything about this motel is awesome.the staff are always friendly and welcoming. The rooms a great and comfy I recommend getting the second floor the balcony view is so pretty.

I only have to things for this trip. The hot tub wasn't working which I was looking forward to. The shower heads where quite low for me a 5'8" female

The locate was excellent. See the bridge right from your room. Slider opens right on lake huron. Fire pits out on the beach. Older motel, not updated much but it works to sleep in. Room was small but clean. Pool and hot tub were nice.

Pool doesnt open till later. Lots of lightbulbs burnt out and not replaced. Our downstairs neighbors were chainsmoking and the smell came up towards our room. Prices were higher than they should have been for no breakfast and an older motel.

I think I had missed understood it was in front of the beach but it was more close to the beach but not infront of the beach

I love the location! Excellent view of the bridge and the beachfront was so relaxing! Also greatly enjoyed the fire pit option!

The jets in the hottub didn't work and my shower drain backed up a little.

Very nice and convenient to Mackinaw island.

I do have to mention there was a banging noise all night above our heads. I guess it was some kind of wind noise. It wasn’t terrible, just annoying.
