Requested for standing fan at check-in reception. Staff offered to change room but customer preferred to stay in same room. Shortly after, staff brought standing fan to the room. In addition, technician also checked the aircon filter.

Room aircon not cold. Traffic condition leading to hotel drop-off point is jam-packed at peak hours. Most grab drivers will miss the turn into the hotel drop-off point. Good breakfast spread, but there is room for improvement on food quality.

With the renovation, the hotel rooms are clean, bright and fresh. Having easy access to Mid Valley shopping mall and The Gardens is definitely a plus.

We have issue with the sound from the heavy rain beating on the metal panel for the room on 28th floor. Also the children of next door was shouting and jumping early in the morning. Also dragging with luggage which we believe was the family checking in early 6 am or so. Also had thought parking the car is free for the two days we were staying at the hotel.

Breakfast spread available is worth your money. At only rm20/pax, you can enjoy quite a variety of breakfast selections. Though the food varieties can be further improved, however at this price I couldn't complaint more.

Parking. Both hotel and mall sharing the same parking space. It is confusing for us to locate the parking spot, need to call hotel reception for instruction. Depending on which level and which wing of the building your park your car, it may take you around 10-15 minutes to walk to the reception area. For suggestion, park your car at level 3A and above, at either zone C or H

The upfront staff at the entrance and check-in counters were very helpful and always cheerful. Housekeepers were professional as they kept my room clean and well-furnished with towels, etc. However, I cannot believe it when I realized hair conditioners were not provided for the guest. Knowing the strict airline weight load of 23 kg per passenger, I was not able to bring any hair conditioner from HKG. I expected the hotel to provide it as it was such when I stayed at The Gardens three times when Boulevard was under renovation. And I remember very well that Boulevard supplied hair conditioners and skin lotion in my previous stays with the hotel.

The hotel location situated next to Mid valley shopping mall, and train station just across the other side of road. Many eateries around hotel. Hotel room 1523 is a connecting room. Room size is good. Room is clean except chamber maid missed picking up a plastic clip left behind by previous guest on the floor carpet. High ceiling and soothing wall color. Eco green hotel , Kudos to that! Water dispenser at hall way.. instead of plastic bottled water. Staff are great! Helpful, polite and professional. Well done!

Face and bath Towels , bedding and pillow need improvement- found stains on towels and old bedding sheets and lumpy pillows. No hand towel provided. Bathroom lacking of hooks and rack for personal toiletries. AC- old fashion control and noisily loud. Temp set to 11-15 celcius in order for room to be cold. No master switch - individual switches. No vanity top or mirror in the room except full length mirror on cabinet sliding door.

It’s connected to Midvalley Megamall and a walk a way from The Gardens - very convenient. The TV system is good and modern with lots of movies to choose from. The breakfast selections are plenty and delicious! The staffs are accommodating. Had air conditioning issue with the room I was staying in - they upgraded the room for me and my family. They also helped when I had problems with my access card. Well done.

The parking.. Very inconvenient to get to and fro the car park, had to either drop everything in the lobby or drag everything thru the mall. And the parking spots in level 2A or 2b gate H will require you to move a fleet of stairs.

Requested for connecting rooms as i was travelling with 2 kids and they did the arrangement for us when we arrived. As the rooms were not ready, the front desk staff kindly brought us to the business lounge to rest and have some light bites, instead of just leaving us at the lobby to wait. Rooms were very clean, so were the toilets. Mid Valley Mega Mall is just closely linked so we have no issues doing our shopping. We also went to the pool which has a slide for the kids to enjoy. Swimming pool is clean too. Thank you so much for the service, will definitely come back again.

The numbers in lift are positioned differently so need to be quick to find your number in order to access your room. Saw a few people missing their level while searching for the correct number to press.

The room was super comfy, and the hotel is placed strategically, being linked to Mid Valley Megamall for convenience. The bed was soft and the pillow was very nice to sleep on. The bathroom was really clean with each toiletries enveloped and presented neatly, with no nasty odour. The TV is packed with free movies, most of which are new. Robes + slippers are provided, so is a cold refrigerator. The staff is super helpful as well, and can be reached with just a phone call away, even in the dead of the night where I requested for hair conditioner and also plates and utensils for a late night snack. All of which was delivered by an adorable robot coming up to our room!! A water dispenser is also found in every floors which is nice. I’d say this stay was extremely worth it, and I enjoyed every second of it.

There was no microwave, and also the TV has no subtitles.

The staff on our check-in was exceptionally helpful and professional. Although I had made two consecutive bookings of different room types due to having to extend my stay, they were gracious enough to upgrade my stay to the better room of the two bookings so that we do not have to repack and move rooms. Service staff were always helpful and polite. It's location just above the sprawling mall really made the stay joyful for the family with all the shopping and food outlets to try. Conveniently close to an e-hailing pickup and drop-off.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at St. Giles Boulevard Mid Valley, and I must say, it was an overwhelmingly positive experience from the moment I checked in. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by a friendly gentleman at the reception (apologies for not catching his name). He made me feel incredibly welcome, and to my surprise, he upgraded my room from a premium to a suite! This unexpected gesture truly set the tone for my stay. When I reached my room, I was delighted to find a thoughtful "Welcome Back" message written on the wardrobe mirror. It was these little touches that made me feel extra special and thoroughly welcomed. The hotel’s location is ideal, with easy access to Mid Valley Mall, which is conveniently connected to the hotel. The room itself was wonderfully spacious, and the bed was perfect—firm, just as I had requested, and complemented by some excellent firm pillows. I slept exceptionally well during my stay. I also appreciated the addition of a fan in the room, which I prefer over air conditioning. This thoughtful touch made my stay even more comfortable. The staff at St. Giles were consistently courteous and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. All in all, this was a surprising yet incredibly welcomed experience. I will definitely be returning to St. Giles Boulevard Mid Valley in the future, and who knows, perhaps I’ll be upgraded again! Thank you to the entire team for their hospitality and thoughtful surprises. Highly recommend!
