The receptionist Trisha was excellent. She was very helpful getting us into a very nice room after the first room was found to be a smoking room. The new room was large, very clean, and comfortable. The location was convenient, with a Dennys restaurant next door for easy access to meals.

There was lots of noise in the morning due to workers using power tools doing renovations in the room next door. Once that work is completed, there should be no problem with noise. The continental breakfast was ok. The scrambled eggs were dry the first day. They were good the next day. Some donuts/pastries would have been nice.

I didn't like the kiosk that you had to check in with you had to talk to a monitor it was very hard to understand what the person was saying it would have been so much easier if I was talking directly to a person but I guess that's the future but that's the only complaint that I have

We got the King Suite with Spa Bath & I loved how comfy the bed was. The 65 inch tv was awesome as well! The Spa Bath was great! The multiple jets were very relaxing & the location is right on the strip so restaurants/ gas station was all really close. The staff was really polite. The hot bar breakfast was delicious. Sausage, eggs, buiscuits & gravy plus more!!!

The only thing I didn't like was a couple buttons didn't work on the spa bath & there was no lights working on the green heart shaped spa bath as it claimed. Other than that everything was great!

Breakfast was Good, Location to the Event was Spot On -- Staff were Friendly, Professional, Informative about Local Restaurant's & Attractions -- would Stay again if conducting Business in the Area again

Coffee Machine in Room was too Small to be effective

Location was great. Stag was very friendly. Hot tub was nice since the bottom jets still worked.

The room could use a good painting. Paint missing in places makes it look dirtier than it is. Half of the jets for the hot tub didn't work. If you pay extra for the hot tub I feel they should make sure it's all in good working order. Wasn't a huge fan of the bed and pillows, but I know some people like the fluffy pillows and super soft beds. I prefer a firm bed and more flat pillows, not something I will consider a huge deal tho.

Online it says pers are we come however they were not very pleased that I had my pet with me. Said I should have called them direct to verify. He did give me a room, so so.

Scenery but we on a bussy highway

I liked everything about the room. Had an issue with the AC and it was promptly attended to. Breakfast was good and front desk was helpful and friendly. I’d stay again.

Staff excellent. The shower was great! The bed was comfortable, just a little low. The breakfast was very good.

The floor wasn't comfortable when barefoot. The rack for the hand towels wasn't right by the sink. The toilet lid wasn't attached.
