Marco is the best host! He really goes the extra mile to give his guests the best stay as possible in Napoli (tips, information etc) The property is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood of Napoli, with lots of shops, cafes, a supermarket and restaurants around the corner. The nearest metro station is Chiaia and there is also a taxi stand just around the corner from the property. It is about a 15 min walk to popular tourist sites such as the Spanish Quarter, main shopping streets, Teatro San Carlo, Palazzo Reale and Galleria Umberto I. The apartments are situated inside a (quiet) residential building with 24/7 security, so it all feels very safe. The rooms.are very spacious, comfortable and spotless. We really liked our stay and would definitely recommend Alma Suites to anyone traveling to Napoli.

A fantastic stay. The apartment was very well located. The building was beautiful, with a 24-hour concierge. Very close to the trendy Via Chiaia, Piazza dei Martiri, and just a stone's throw from the Lungomare. The apartment's interior was cozy. The bathroom was new. We had complimentary mineral water, coffee capsules, and herbal teas every day. The host was very friendly and always willing to help and advise us. He was very easy to work with, arranged our transfer to and from the airport, and offered us a late checkout to facilitate our departure logistics. If we return to Naples (we definitely will, as we loved the city and there is so much to see and do in this area), we will stay in this apartment!!

Marco and Isabella were fantastic at communicating and exceeded guest expectations. They provided excellent instructions with every step and made it easy to enjoy the experience of staying in the city of Napoli. The suite room was beyond my expectation, very spacious, outstanding detail to cleanliness, and noted a quiet relaxed experience to end my day of travels. The location was perfect and close to many options of malls, museums, amazing dining options, and close to the port for day trips to Capri etc. Amazing host Marco and would highly recommend it for future visits!

The room is very big and spacious. The shower has good water pressure and very hot water, which was nice. The location is good. It's only about a 10 minute walk to the train station and only about a 15 minute walk to the main area of Florence.. would definitely stay there again when I go back to Florence

The only thing I didn't like about the apartment is it's hard to catch a taxi there

Marco was there to help us with all our queries including parking. The suite was close to all the notable places as well as amazing places to eat and yet it was also located where the residents are so it was quiet. There was a security guard for the building so it was safe. The bed was amazingly comfortable. We recommend staying here when in Naples.

Absolutly lovely and comfortable suites located in the heart of the city. The room was spacious, light, very clean and quiet. The hotel manager Marco was very welcoming, friendly and professional, managing all our requests and needs. So grateful to had an opportunity to meet such a great host! Would definitely recommend the apartements.

It was a very nice place, very comfy, clean, good sleep (bed, pillows, air conditioning) and shower and close to nice places. Marco was an excellent host always prepared to help and give suggestions.

We liked most things but would suggest/appreciate a bigger frigobar to accomodate some dinks or delicacies and a bedside table to help.

Kind and helpful staff and a safe location. The room was large. Marco arranged a taxi for 5am pickup that was on time and we felt safe because the security guard stood with us while taxi loaded.

There was a lot of noise from the people staying above us.
