Very helpful and friendly staff with good English. Rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily with fresh bed sheets etc. throughout our stay. The location is very convenient for a large selection of restaurants and near to an amazing, large park with free zoo and botanical gardens. The metro was close by so we were able to visit the museum and other parts of the city easily, also the railway station is within walking distance. The Metro was easy to use and a €2 ticket allows you to travel for up to an hour, which is great if you accidentally go the wrong way.

Location was perfect - not too touristy but close to everything. There were nice bakeries close by and a metro station just a couple of blocks away. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the room much bigger than expected.

The only downside would be that as the hotel is probably an older building, it can be a bit noisy every now and then from the rooms nearby.

The hotel is conveniently placed close to the Lyon Part Dieu train station and to the Parc de la Tête d'Or. There are many restaurants and cafés close to the hotel, as well as supermarkets. The room was large with confortable beds and a well equipped bathroom. The reception was great and the staff very welcoming.

Breakfast price a bit excessive, and the room was extremely hot, except that all good. Oh and would be nice to have a light in the shower cause once the curtain is closed there's no more light. 'that's a small detail but would change it all

Clean hotel and spacious nice staff

Could not leave the bags into the hotel or drop them in as the building was closed from 11:30-3:30. Had to walk about with our luggage for 4 hours to it reopened Although If you were arriving before or after these times it would be fine however I arrived at 12 noon

Great for a few days in Lyon. Nice neighborhood and stable wifi. I was even able to check in early, and leave my baggage for a few hours post check-out.

The room doesn't get a ton of sunlight, but I didn't mind, as I didn't spend much time in the room during the day.

Very comfortable and clean room affordable price great location. Staff is also very nice can drop off the luggage early and leave it at the hotel after check in if your travel schedule is later than checkout time. Have TV movies, all good 100 recommended

Great location for the metro and places to eat. Room was a bit small, but it had everything we needed. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the air con and ice cold water provided was very much appreciated on the hot days!

Can't think of anything to dislike. Room was exactly as expected

We ended up arriving early and they were able to let us in the room early which was really useful as we were tired. The room was clean and cool. Very good shower and plenty of phone charging points.

There was a loose plug cover, and the cable for the kettle didn’t reach the plug socket from the table so you had to put it on the floor. Could do with two pillows per bed.

The rooms are spacious, lift available, 24h reception. Acces to cold water. Reasonable prices for other items which you can buy from reception. The breakfast was delicious and the receptionist who prepare it was very nice and careful.
